If this doesn't provoke a SHUT IT DOWN, our entire civilization is lost. It may not be the end of humanity, but by the 22nd century none of the American values will be left.

My poor heart wasn't ready for this kind of civilization ending event. I wanted to see aliens, not a never ending soyboy parade.
Who knows if the wokies will go through with it, though. The elite can afford protection.

I really don't want to sidetrack this thread, but where can I read up/dive into the Bundy stuff? I only really have a surface level of knowledge about it.
It can be one hell of a rabbit hole. I followed it when it happened, and probably lost a brain cell or two in the process. There's a wikipedia article on it but it's boring. #oregonstandoff on twitter still talks about it and is fun, and the forums at thefogbow dot com have a subforum discussing it. Gavin Seim, troublemaker and waste of space that he is, used to host YT livestreams out of Malheur when the last four were up there and those were some priceless moments that unfortunately have been taken down and I don't know where any copies are. Pete Santilli used to stream and record from there too, but again a lot is missing. There are just so many tiny details that make the whole thing mind-blowing.

From what I've read, Riot Ribs is basically a front group for Rose City Antifa. It's supposed to give them a cover and help them push the "there is no Antifa" or "anyone who's not a Nazi is Antifa" lies a little more effectively.

If I were to wager, they probably do provide food for Antifa gangs (although why would a group with a high number of vegans use a barbecue joint as their front is beyond me) but they also can launder money and maybe transport and store supplies for these groups.

If they do actually provide food for the homeless, it's so they can recruit from that population.
This is all accurate. They are also using the "food tent" as a place to store supplies for the "medics" and other insurgents. I mean the other day when they were whining about how the feds hit all their medical supplies with mace, did that not make any of the gullible liberal sympathizers think "wait, why does a rib joint have medical supplies?"

Speaking of which, today a sharp-eyed local spotted some antifa chicks shopping for tonight's festivities at the local army surplus store:

The part of the story that gets left off is Bundy paid his grazing fees until the Federal government raised them 4,000% under the guise of protecting a frog that nobody had seen in 20 years and by the governments own admission was likely extinct.

They had a general habit of getting people to attack them or getting police to shut them down unconstitutionally and, since much of the family including old Fred were lawyers (although Fred was disbarred), they could then sue over it. Part of the whole picketing soldiers' funerals things was just to drive people insane with rage.

They wanted to get their opponents to attack them and get legally fucked.
So they were like the Black Israelites?

PACER docket for the Oregon case by Oregon's AG against the federal government. It was briefed yesterday and an order should be forthcoming shortly.

I believe this document by the feds explains pretty clearly and briefly why this case quite simply cannot be brought as the State of Oregon lacks standing to bring it: https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ord.153632/gov.uscourts.ord.153632.15.0.pdf

Specifically see the sections arguing against standing. Oregon seeks standing under a legal doctrine, parens patriae, in which under a limited number of circumstances, a state can have standing to sue on behalf of its citizens. IMO Oregon quite simply doesn't for more or less exactly the reasons the feds briefed.

It shouldn't matter, but possibly it is even more likely because the judge, Michael W. Mosman, is a George W. Bush appointee who was also appointed by Chief Justice Roberts to the notorious FISA court which is absurdly pro-fed. He is also currently a judge under the equally pro-federal "United States Alien Terrorist Removal Court."

What are the odds this guy will side with domestic terrorists that the federal government needs an injunction to stop domestic terrorists from blowing up federal buildings, which is literally what Oregon is arguing?

The city government can eat an entire bowl of dicks, take their fines, and ram them up their ass.

For the absolute stupidity of what they're arguing, imagine Oklahoma City tried ordering the federal government to remove the safety bollards from the front of the Murrah Federal Building (or more to the point its replacement) that are there to keep another Timothy McVeigh from blowing it up.

I think the most distressing thing about this entire mess is these fools are going to write further strengthening of Federal Power in American Law. The court could very well say that the State has no standing AT ALL to act on behalf of its citizens against the Federal Government due to the Supremacy Clause. Now wont that be a burning pile of shit.

Even more distressing is how I feel the court would be right to tell Oregon to go fuck itself. This mess has been hair raising for Libertarian minded persons such as myself. Is there such a thing as the Yellow Pill? Or is it the Pinochet Pill? Because all of a sudden I am viewing US Marshals and Tactical federal police units as necessary to preserve a free society from a baying mob.

AWAN was a /pol/ op designed to show everyone how bad anti-white racism has gotten. ADL is shit, but I don't think they're openly agreeing with the message. The preview image is AWAN because they're debunking it as a hoax.

They updated the image on the article to have the text 'debunked' overlayed:
debunk main image (updated) 800.jpg

That should have been done when it was posted. The ADL is untrustworthy, so you'll never convince me that it wasn't intentional and done that way so they could spread that message and have plausible deniability.
