There's a chance it might happen but that would require publicly acknowledging Monica withheld information during discovery/depositions.

Mike Wallach used to be a regular old lawyer before he became a justice, so he (or maybe his associate junior partners) would be used to digging through forums and social media to find evidence.

I highly doubt any of them do, but so far this entire adventure has been so bizarre it just might happen.
