Also this is hilarious to me because if anything being mixed-race is becoming more and more openly vilified. Blacks fucking hate mixed people, it's why any mixed person that they want to view positively (or that wants to be viewed positively) are referred to exclusively as black. Hell they just recently made Zoe Saldana bend the knee and weepingly apologize for not being dark enough to portray a black woman most of them had probably never heard of before there was a biopic of her, and she's not even part white as far as I know. Colorism among even "pure" blacks is alive and well and hatred towards anyone that's not "pure" black is growing more rampant than ever.
I guess if this is from 2016 it probably wasn't as bad then, but on the other hand I think that was around the time that the wokes were calling for Dwayne Johnson's blood and the blood of his children because he dared even consider playing John Henry.

This is optimistic, I think. The Supreme Court has decided things on perfectly arbitrary reasons before, why exactly is it out of the realm of possibility that they just so happen to only find Obama's EOs sacred by a vote of 5-4?
After all, there are more important things than the rule of law, like the next party invitation.
