I can't exactly tell [due to the retarded way that man/woman/thing is holding the rifle] but is that an M44? Front sight looks similar and appears to be a bayonet folded in. Stock looks a little bit too skinny though at the end and no holes for a sling, so it's hard to tell.

Regardless, I'd be surprised if most of these faggots could bear putting even ten rounds downrange out of an M44, might bruise their shoulder. The way they limp-wrist shit I wouldn't be surprised if they had difficulty feeding rounds from a stripper clip.
