There were the two chair companies, which is where Phil really demonstrated that he will shill his little heart out if you'll sponsor him. The first company folded immediately, the second allegedly sent him the chair for free. But crucially, Phil started plugging it on stream and banning anyone who spoke ill of the company or gaming chairs before he even sat in the chair. He now admits it is shit, and quotes the people in chat who said it was a shifty business model. The ones he banned.

The first company was OPSeats. Phil revealed his partnership as soon as he got approved and before they sent out the chair. He hyped up the chair and how awesome it was. So many trolls contacted OPSeats about sponsoring "the guy" that they retracted their offer and never sent the chair. Phil then said it was a shit company and they were reneggers for offering him a sponsorship and then taking it away.

Spawnseats was the second company. Phil revealed his partnership after he got his chair. So many trolls contacted the company that it disappeared overnight.

I've been over it before how I believe all the evidence points to Phil actually buying the chair himself. I don't believe there was a Spawnseats sponsorship, rather if you bought a chair they would give you a referral code to tell your friends and if they bought one with the code you got $10.

I know this is late, but this is horseshit. I get paid monthly at a variable rate and you bet your ass I'm using budgeting software to log and categorize every transaction I make.

The real reason he isn't budgeting is because he'd have to look at his account statements every day to sync it all up, and then he'd have to face how much he actually makes vs how much he leaves in his Paypal to fuel his gacha addiction.

I was just thinking about Phil’s rant tonight and I was thinking If I had a son who was like 11 or 12 or something and I had to decide on a streamer to watch and give him $5 or so months to sub for I think it would be Dr. Disrespect. He makes high production quality content, it’s geared for teens, he could feel like he is in some champions club or whatever it’s called, and I don’t think he would be taken advantage of. All things considered for a streamer that’s not too bad.

Phil on the other hand I would never let my theoretical kid watch. I’d feel like he would be emotionally manipulated and guilted by a 40 year old man and would pick up a whole bunch of toxic behavior that would really hurt him later in life. Phil says he is an authentic guy and not a character or a sellout, but if the real you is a garbage person is that really something to brag about?


From watching him I think onlyicedcoffee isn’t a 100% true believer fan. It’s been talked about before where stream regulars are on a spectrum with king michael and derich and papavera are on one end of truly believing fans and then people like dragonquestfan and philly buckeye and pwdubs on the other end of pretty much just being ironic fans there to laugh at Phil. I think onlyicedcoffee is mocking him a little playing up the vest streak and beating the trolls and doesn’t believe all of phils shit.

Wasn't it OIC who recently sent Phil a cheer asking him if he's ever listened to a song called The Water Embers? So he watches Snort Burnell.

I'd just like to point out that the guys behind Raid have certainly, to some extent, heard of Darksydephil. LudwigWorldOrder made a video parodying Phil's Luigi Mansion 3 review, editing to make it sound like Phil was a sponsor of Raid Shadow Legends.

This is my synopsis based on what I have to go by:
OIC has a real grudge against the entire detractor community, and I get the feeling whoever they are, they have been around long before the OnlyIcedCoffee account.

Tinfoil theories?
OIC is either:
A.) A old disgruntled detractor ala Fred Fuchs, or SoK, or someone who has been ousted from the community
B.) Someone close to Phil irl, maybe Kat (even though I doubt she cares that much, but then again we don't have much to go off of when it comes to Kat)
C.) This is a bullshit rainbow flag long-con Code Castiel kind of gay op
D.) This is just an extremely mentally unstable donator like King Tut, seeking validation from Phil, which after awhile, will eventually wear on Phil's nerves. Phil will snap one day at something OIC has to say and eventually burn that bridge if they become too pushy (I can already see that kind of happening). This happens with alot of whales, they worship dsp to get validation, and then when he fails to provide that validation, they become bitter and leave.

This always activates my almonds too because I was a fresh college graduate at this point. And I had high school classmates that were going to be teaching. At 22, 10 years Phil's junior. These were people expected to be paragons to children.

I would never seriously criticize someone for liking dumb stuff. Mock them, sure, but not as though they were a bad person. Everyone likes dumb stuff. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar. Where Phil crosses the line is the abdication of responsibility coupled with shoving it on someone else who doesn't have a say. It's not just that he was immature, it's also that Howard Stern and other shock jocks were popular (in 2014??? Not in my neck of the woods) and he was influenced by them! Poor impressionable verging-on-middle-age Phil had his mind tainted by the siren song of Bababooey. So really it's, uh,

This is why Phil can fuck himself all day erryday and I will never do anything but laugh at him no matter how good or bad his life gets. He doesn't give a shit; everything good that happens to him was in his eyes something he had coming and anything bad was without doubt someone else's fault. Why should I care any more than he does?
