The video shows what occurred after a traffic stop involving local Black Lives Matter activist Faith Dixon. The video that was originally made public on Facebook has since been taken down.

In the video, Dixon says she was upset with the way the stop was conducted in Moorhead on Saturday and has since filed a formal complaint against one officer involved.

Dixon says one of the officers tried to open her door, had his hand on his gun and that she feared for her life. Dixon says she needs justice.

We reached out to Moorhead Police who say shortly after 4:00 on Saturday, they pulled Dixon over on 8th Street for driving 44 in a 30 mile per hour zone. Police say they want to be as transparent as possible with the community and will be releasing more video on the incident sometime today.

Dixon was cited for speeding.

According to one of the replies linked in that thread, one of the joggers responsible and his niece are commenting on instagram about how people should worry more about the police killing blacks than about an animal, and that only whites worry about this. So white people being horrified by joggers running over a small animal with a car and then beating it to death with bats for fun is bad because.. why? I'm pretty sure the average person is going to feel more empathy for innocent animals being killed than for joggers that are justifiably killed by police while committing crimes, resisting arrest, and shooting at the cops. That's what the majority of the cases that BLM protest about seem to be, anyway. Maybe they would have more support if they highlighted cases where the person killed actually dindu nuffin and wasn't a violent convicted felon or a gang member. I love how they cry about how they have to have "The Talk" with their kids about being ultra compliant and polite with cops so as to not be shot for a simple traffic ticket, but this chick is shooting off her mouth the moment the very polite midwestern cop pulls her over and does everything she can think of short of pulling a piece to escalate the situation.
