I know this has probably been said a million times before, but I cannot stand that "mouth slightly open" facial pose. I know the purpose is to look sexy, but it just fills me with an unrelenting urge to reach through the monitor and pull those lips together.

Anyway, she eventually circled back to him talking about how his story about her was on 'blogs' or whatnot, and it became clear that it was only here she was talking about.

When did this happen? I don't remember but the tea seems amazing.

Maybe it's just the area I live in, but this looks....off. Like, it doesn't seem like an apartment to me. It feels too industrial, more like it's at an office building or something.

If it is an apartment, it's probably a studio. I can't imagine Tess being able to afford an apartment with a kitchen that size otherwise.

Also, I looked it up and I found her on *one* worst dressed list, by some website I've never heard of.

I don’t know what neighborhood Tess is in now, but just pull up apartments for rent in WeHo. They all have the same look as Tess’s place: flat front, MCM look cabinets, kitchen/living room combo layout. It’s a pretty standard style for new “luxury apartments” units.

Lol, the only way she's been able to get rid of any stock from her capsule, is to give it away.

Why would anyone trust her taste after the disaster she was for Penningtons? That shit was on clearance almost the second it went on the rack, and the miraculous one yeat contract her agency arranged for wasn't renewed. She's publicly dissed the sizing of nearly all her clients. Anyone stupid enough to partner with her deserves to lose money at this point.

I’m super curious about that apartment. A friend lives in a NEMA apt in SF that looks very similar. Of course, it’s in SF, one of the most expensive places in the US-and he pays 4k for a one bedroom, but has a city view. I wouldn’t think Tess could pay half that. Even if she has a 5k advertising job here and there, they are few and far between and with two kids, she should be putting it in college funds. The articles don’t pay. She probably gets money from fablettics, and now this fat fashion shit show. But it won’t last, she should be saving it. She won’t live long but she’s going to outlive her career and she has children.

While I would not be surprised if she did some fat prostitution on the side, it’s not going to be enough to pay for a luxury high rise. I doubt very much she could get a real sugar daddy. Those dudes, the ones willing to support a lifestyle, also want more than fucking-they want to talk and some attention. Tess can’t talk about anybody but herself. She might be a feeders one-time dream but she’s not going to be a high class prostitute being supported in luxury homes.

LA is one of those places that you can find a 1 bedroom in a decent neighborhood for 1k. No need for a luxury high rise (if that’s what it is.).

She should be living in a reasonable little apartment with rooms for her kids and saving money for the inevitable day when nobody hires her again. She’s already proved she can’t pivot-she was given jobs writing about fashion for InStyle and all she could say was “cute.” She dissed every company that gave her chances and she can’t model in shoes anymore. So whatever is happening now-it could be the last thing. She shouldn’t be wasteful. She will though-poor kids.

It looks not that bad, because it's newly remodeled. It's just your average new build rental, or recently gut remodeled one.
