Ah so he wasn't a black lives matter supporter after all. He's a Pro Trump guy and a Pro Police guy.
Where's the conflict? I assume you're talking about a supporter of the same Donald Trump who is having a crack dealer speak at the Republican National Convention because her sentence hurt Kim Kardashian's feefees.
You fucking git.ANTIFA are explicitly antizionist.
The only solution to antifascism is fascism. Antifa are Zionist by nature.

Well if we were all sensible this chaos wouldnt happen. On average they are not. I appreciate the good people out there but they are outnumbered by the bad.

I have to acknowledge people are tribalistic. To do so other wise is delusional.
In a prison riot scenario this would make sense. But in this scenario, if you decide who's an enemy according to race, you'd be ignoring the horde of white antifa commies. The biggest divide right now seems to be ideology.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Kyle's extradition hearing is going to be on Friday and he's going to be charged as an adult. (Archive)
Kyle Rittenhouse, 17-year-old charged in Kenosha protest shootings, considered himself militia, social media posts show

MILWAUKEE – Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old charged with shooting three people — two of them fatally — during a Kenosha, Wisconsin, protest Tuesday evening, thought of himself as a militia member trying to protect life and property, according to videos, interviews and social media posts.

Court records show Rittenhouse faces a first-degree intentional homicide charge in Kenosha County. He was, as of midday Wednesday, jailed in Lake County, Illinois, and has been charged there as a fugitive from justice. He will appear for extradition hearing on Friday. Based on Wisconsin law, Rittenhouse would be charged as an adult.

Video taken in the hours before the shooting shows Rittenhouse hanging out with older armed men, who tell the reporter they're protecting a car lot. Rittenhouse then introduces himself as Kyle.

He also did a video interview with the Daily Caller in front of a boarded up building.

"People are getting injured and our job is to protect this business," Rittenhouse says in the clip. "And my job also is to protect people. If someone is hurt, I’m running into harm’s way. That’s why I have my rifle; I’ve gotta protect myself obviously. But I also have my med kit."

Among the armed men in the streets Tuesday was former Kenosha Ald. Kevin Mathewson, who is active in a group known as the Kenosha Guard. Mathewson posted a video selfie of the scene near the Kenosha government center Tuesday night. He did not return a phone message Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, the Kenosha Guard created a Facebook event called “Armed Citizens to Protect our Lives and Property.” The invite was picked up by the far-right website Infowars.
The Facebook page, which was taken down late Wednesday morning, calls Kenosha Guard a social club. But a post signed “Kenosha Guard Commander,” written to Kenosha Police Chief Daniel Miskinis, says this:

“As you know I am the commander of the Kenosha Guard, a local militia. We are mobilizing tonight and have about 3,000 RSVP’s. Our effort has made the national media. I ask that you do NOT have your officers tell us to go home under threat of arrest as you have in the past. We are willing to talk to KPD and open a discussion. It is evident, that no matter how many Officers, deputies and other law enforcement officers that are here, you will still be outnumbered.”

Reached Wednesday, Miskinis said he didn't know what group Rittenhouse was part of and wouldn’t comment on the circumstances leading up Tuesday night's shootings, saying the investigation was too new.

In another video clip, Rittenhouse is shown with members of the group shown earlier, getting bottles of water from a law enforcement officer in an armored vehicle. The officer thanks the armed men for their help, though they are clearly civilians in violation of the city's 8 p.m. curfew.

“We appreciate you guys,” the officer says. “We really do.”

Asked about the interaction during a news conference Wednesday afternoon, Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth said, "our deputies would toss water to anybody."
He, too, had been asked to cooperate with the Kenosha militiamen, but declined, Beth said.

"Yesterday I had a person call me and say, 'Why don’t you deputize citizens who have guns to come out and patrol the city of Kenosha?' And I’m like, ‘Oh Hell, no.’ What happened last night is the perfect reason why I wouldn’t," Beth said. "The incident that happened last night where two people lost their lives were part of this group that wanted me to deputize them."

According to his Facebook page, which has since been taken down, Rittenhouse is a strong supporter of police. His page featured pictures of badges with black bands across them, which police wear when a fellow officer is killed. An image of Rittenhouse and another man is framed in a blue circle that contains the words, duty, honor, courage and "Blue lives matter."

Rittenhouse also was shown in a photo of cadets with the Grayslake, Lindenhurst, Hainesville Public Safety Cadet program. The website for that group, also removed from view Wednesday, said Cadets, who are between the ages of 14 and 20, are schooled in police procedures including traffic stops, crash investigations, firearms, domestic disputes and crime scene investigation.

On Wednesday, before the Kenosha Guard Facebook page was taken down, there was a post suggesting the shootings were not connected to its activity.

"We are unaware if the armed citizen was answering the Kenosha Guard Militia’s call to arms," it said. "Just like with the shooting of Jacob Blake, we need all the facts and evidence to come out before we make a judgment. God Bless and stay safe Kenosha!"

That prompted a flood of replies, many in support of the shooter, suggesting the victims deserved it for allegedly looting and vandalizing or that the shooter acted in self-defense.
But others were critical of the Kenosha Guard, accusing the group of instigating the teenager's involvement, whether or not he was a formal member.

Another militia group, called the boogaloo, also attended all three nights of protests, according to Justin Mishler, a self-proclaimed member who lives Belvidere, Illinois.

About a dozen armed boogaloo members were at the Kenosha protests Sunday, about two dozen Monday and more Tuesday, he said. Their purpose was providing security and protection for businesses, he said.

Mishler said the Kenosha Guard is not affiliated with boogaloo.

"It sounds like a group that's probably a day old or less,” he said, adding that neither he nor fellow boogaloo boys know Rittenhouse.

"He's not one of us," Mishler said of Rittenhouse.

They'll either dismiss it, or he'll get off.

He may have been defending the cars at this auto shop, which other video shows the protesters were smashing with baseball bats.

The first video shows him running from a protester throwing a flaming object at him, likely a molotov cocktail. He only turns and fires the first time when the protester catches up. Even though he was the one with the gun, this shows he had no intention to use violent force until it was absolutely needed.

The second video shows him running until he is knocked over and attacked by multiple protesters. One assaults him with a skateboard...

The other pretends to hold their hands up in surrender, then pulls a pistol. He is shot in the arm, but continues to hold the pistol.

Even more telling, he does not shoot another protester that attempted to attack him, but put their hands up and stopped in their tracks. This shows he was lucid enough to only shoot at those who were going to do him harm. View attachment 1549302
Skateboard man is down, pistol guy is staggering away with a bloody arm. Hands up guy does not get shot.

This kid is amazing. Very few people would be that cool under pressure, and only shoot the people who posed direct threats to him. He's practically a goddamn hero.
All shootings were in response to violent action taken against him, and he in no way provoked or tried to attack first.

Wisconsin law allows deadly force in self-defense in the limited circumstances where the person defending themselves “reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm” to their person. Importantly, some states impose a duty to retreat from a conflict, but Wisconsin is not among them. However, Wisconsin does allow juries to consider whether a defendant could have retreated in determining whether the use of deadly force was “necessary.” As the shooter attempted to retreat, but was unable to do so, it seems highly likely he'll get off, and the police only arrested him as a formality, or to protect him from revenge by the protesters.

Even with a duty to retreat the kid still clears the hurdle because he is very clearly trying to get away from the situation. Kid just needs to shut up, and call Saul. Him being 17 can help as the police cannot interview him without his parents. Let's hope mommy and daddy are smart and give him the same advice rather then tell the kid "too just tell the truth to the police".

Wisconsin does impose a duty to retreat. They have a "no duty to retreat" clause in their self-defense statutes, but it just provides a castle doctrine defense because it is only applicable in your home, office, and car. This kid was not at any of those; in fact, it'd be detrimental to him to claim he shot the guy in defense of the business. That said, @mindlessobserver is spot on--the videos show he clearly retreated during both encounters and was stopped in both. First by being boxed in by cars while someone who had just thrown a molotov cocktail was chasing him down, second by tripping in the street with multiple people attacking him immediately afterwards. This kid has a slam dunk case, he just needs to listen to his defense counsel and he'll be fine.

the Milwaukee Bucks have put their two cents in and have decided to boycott game 5 of their playoff series https://twitter.com/wojespn/status/1298715312594927617

the team plays 30 minutes away from Kenosha fwiw

looks like there's zero NBA basketball getting played today, who knows how things are going to hold up going forward
Nothing of value lost. The NBA is a boring league with barely any parity - there's only three or so teams that can win it all every year. The players have massive egos and only stand up for what's right if they know it will make them look good to do so. Let China have them.

Disappointed in the Brewers though. I guess a violent rapist who evaded arrest for 45 days is worth boycotting over, but not the destruction of a town in which your fans who support you year after year reside.

Here are the details of the rape complaint against Jacob Blake filed on the 6th of July.

On the day he was shot, he was trespassing at his rape victim's house again and stole her car keys again and she called police.

He wasn't "breaking up a fight."
Edit - LNB = Laquisha N Booker. That's what MSM claims "his fiancée"
So they broke up, he raped her and he went back

Is that supposed to be a tattoo of a ship helm? Those normally only have five or six spokes but this looks like the eight pointed star of Chaos Undivided.

I thought it to be a ships helm also. I didn't want to think it was the Chaos Undivided otherwise we would have to start a chant of "Kill! Maim! Burn!"

(I am aware it is not the Khorne symbol, just go with it.)

There have been drops in ratings and viewership to begin with, haven't there? Live sports were gone for so long people probably stopped missing them, and why would they want to watch athletes shit all over the country upon their return, anyway.

Is it bad I'm hoping more zoomers on both sides start dropping bodies chasing eclout and the online grifter cabals evolve into real life gangs? I feel like that'd be the most 2020 way things play out.
Already trying to grift too with the GOFundMe, he's got the whole thing well underway. He'll show them all the blueprint.

Im aware alot of white people are commies but they use non whites as a verbal cudgel and non whites are complicit in being used as such. The weapon and the weilder are both hazards to my health.

no, they're actually somewhat split on the issue in europe

some of them go with the "hitler hated the jews so we must love the jews! GO ISRAEL!" approach, while others go with the "solidarity with palestine! fight oppression everywhere!" approach. the latter is well-documented and goes back at least 50 years, when west german terror group RAF infamously collaborated with palestinian terrorists in a plane hijacking.

This kid has a slam dunk case, he just needs to listen to his defense counsel and he'll be fine.

He also needs to shut the fuck up and not say a word to the cops or feds. There's a possible federal charge of traveling across state lines with a weapon to engage in civil unrest (18 U.S.C. § 231), but it's very difficult to prove without the defendant doing something dumb. Like admitting their intentions.

Makes sense it would be a teenage kid to be the first explicitly rightwing guy to open fire and kill these "protesters." Best part is none of the people he shot were black, so his chances of getting self defense are much better. Kenosha County is a purple county, and I'm guessing without a lot of progressives either.
