Maybe, but I'm working on an alternate theory. We've seen the video at the gas station, with Rosenbaum attacking the militia, getting aggressive, and shouting "shoot me nigga!"

Kyle wasn't at the gas station confrontation... but this guy was.

After the fact, you can see it's not him: different hat, no gloves, different slings, etc. But he does have the same colored shirt, and a similar looking rifle, slung the same way as Kyle. It's close enough that other people watching the footage sometimes mistake this guy for Kyle because all they see is the shirt.

Later that night, if Rosenbaum saw the shirt and rifle in the dark down the street, he might have zeroed in on him as "one of the guys who pointed a gun at me", and got angry and aggressive again.

I just noticed Green Shirt Guy not only pulled militia members back, but he yelled "back the FUCK UP" directly at Rosenbaum at 0:23! Rosenbaum actually lunges at him at 0:30

Edit 2: one other difference is that Green Shirt wears shorts, while Kyle wore pants. Just adding this for completeness on the ID, as I'm comparing this with the video of Kyle helping a hurt protester.

Same. Well, they're friends of friends but makes no difference. Honestly the (all white) people who post things like that do it in the most pretentious and holier than thou way.

This guy did everything so perfectly (except for showing up in the first place, I suppose but someone had to at some point and almost anyone probably would've fucked up a lot worse at some point) it can't be just down to skill and luck. He's on camera offering aid to protesters before the shooting while the pedo is on camera being a raging manlet trying to fight other armed people and everyone he shot was in clear self defense while being such a cartoonish collection of scumbags it's like something out of a movie. It's no wonder that past the blatant lies about him shooting into a crowd the lefty cope narrative is slowly coalescing into WELL IF HE WAS BLACK HE WOULD'VE BEEN SHOT JUST LIKE TAMIR RICE because it's all they have.

Pima county is notorious for shit like this btw. It's the ONLY county in AZ that refuses to follow records rules set by the state and are awful to search using the official online system ( https://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/ ) There's days at my office where we've wasted countless hours arguing with Pima County/Tucson city officals about releasing relevant records.

There's a reason I always advocate for the nuclear removal option for Tucson

I'd have to rewatch but Kyle is still the guy who offered aid to the protester being helped along by two others earlier in the video, right?

I dont know if real paramedics could have done much, maybe but they did get there pretty quick and he still died from shock and blood loss or whatever. That shot to the dick really did a ton of damage, he was probably going to bleed out internally regardless.

I think so. White hat and pants, where the gas station guy had black hat and shorts. Plus it happens at the car lot Kyle was guarding.

Interestingly he doesn't have his blue gloves on or his med kit on his back here. He might have put them on to help this person, and then just kept them on the rest of the night. I don't think we have a timeline on that nailed down.

Kid has to be a competition shooter, doming guy on the move, hitting skate guy mid tumble, and then beating the third guy's draw AND hitting him in the bicep of his dominant gun hand. That's Jesus take the wheel level shooting.
