You know Phil is a lot like Chadwick. He’s going through so much rough stuff behind the scenes we’ve got no idea about, yet he shows up 6 days a week with a smile on his face to have fun and entertain you all! And fortunately unlike Chadwick Boseman tipping him actually helps out in the long term! So please consider tipping, as it helps him the most right now.

dsp tried so hard to compare himself to the legacy of the black panther actor

Has anyone watched his channel trailer? It is like a fucking prestream in 3 minutes. I always just pause it when I end up on his channel, but this time I let it play and it's a prestream, he even begs.
Edit so I don't double post:

He hash tagged it. Clout chasing cuck.

I got to the part where he's seeing exponential channel growth and couldn't stop laughing to hear the rest of it.

its more like the whales come in last minute to drop the remaining amount to hit the tip goal but he'll stall and pretend not to see it incase multiple whales are there, that way if the leader board says 70/100 there is a possibility 2 or 3 people may tip $30 if they see it hasnt been hit. it's happened several times now. also probably the reason he won't ever automate it. the whole "troll names will get me in trouble" thing is just an excuse, he just wants to be able to stall and pretend he doesn't see the tip as he checks the email from paypal.
Once again proving he'll never be able to reach his tard streak doing the challenge I laid out in the past and that's getting either 100 people to donate a 1.00$ or 1.40$ for processing the tax or 50 people to donate 2.00$ and I'm talking accounts that are more than 48 hours old cause any wheelchair fucktard can create a bunch of sock puppets and donate though them.

Has Phil even seen one movie featuring Chadwick ? I'd think the only one he'd be tempted to watch is Black Panther, but Kat' put an embargo on Marvel movies.
I questioned that myself but then I remembered one of his lazy streams had him bitching about thanos in Infinity war so he’s at least seen that one.

Smash cuts? Text on screen? Music in the background?
Who the fuck did this for him? For free. Obviously. He doesn't have video editing software, remember? Also? Effort. He couldn't even be bothered to edit out his vocal flubs.

"That's sad. That makes me sad. Alright one more match with Ryu then I'll change it up"

This guy's EQ is at personality disorder/DSM levels. He seems knows enough that he should appear sad, or at least acknowledge it is a sad thing, but is too lazy or socially awkward to get what's expected so he just says stuff like "that makes me sad" when he's obviously not saddened by it at all. Who talks like that really? It's like something children with personality disorders or who have trouble reading social cues get taught to say in a wrote kind of way. He's done it before also, maybe on Kobe.

Don't say something makes you sad when you're clearly not saddened by it Phil - it's weird. I wasn't crying in the shower either but we can acknowledge it is an objectively very sad thing to happen. The guy was young and had so much potential, brought people a lot of joy with his movies. It's not that hard. Don't say "that makes me sad" then jump to character selection in the same breath wtf is wrong with you? Strange fish. Whatever's happening there has the same root as the Kobe/save file thing.

Stuff like this must be why he captures at least some of our attention - wtf is his malfunction? I guess it's consistent with a serious lack of empathy and social interaction. He's at the centre of his universe and it doesn't impact him at all, what does impact him is maintaining some sort of personable facade for his viewers and that's the extent of his reaction I guess. The lack of empathy means he can't deliver a convincing lie, and doesn't realise how inadequate equating a person's death with his save state, or saying he's saddened by something while really preoccupied with whether he selects Ryu.

What on earth is this guy going to do when (not if) the streaming thing runs dry? imagine this clown at the water cooler in the kitchen at an office - did you hear X celebrity died? That's sad. That makes me sad. snort.

Honestly that's probably the smartest thing Phil can do in that situation, say its sad and move on before he says something stupid like he did with the kobe thing.

Not to defend Phil but I'd probably do the same or similar if I were streaming and got informed of a death like that yes its sad but move on to the stream, people don't tune in to Phil to hear about the deaths of celebrities they tune in to hear the financial woes of an almost 40 year old man playing fall guys.

I know you're speaking hypothetically but you're very, very optimistic thinking Phil would be able to get a job let alone a comfy office 9-5 with a chilled water cooler job.

He'd be lucky to land a job recycling toilet paper.

If I had to guess. Popsicolo. He made as much stuff for Phil I don't think it would be unreasonable to guess he made the channel intro as well.

I'll just put this here

Just a quick note at why I find him so fascinating. The link is just a quick rundown of common psychological illnesses. Kind of alarming how many boxes he ticks off on the list, and still managed to cobbled together a ramshackle, yet functional personality.

Also, the cult glorifying him. The sick worshipping the sick. It's an absolute trove of morbid and interesting psych interactions.

he also mentioned the death was proof that someone can have bad stuff going on behind the scenes and still be at their best

he 100% wanted to compare cancer with 13 credit cards

Here's the deal, in it's weird entirety.

-The "I need to go get water I'm almost out" schtick (correct me if I'm wrong) is relatively new and generated post Vest Streak.

-The tips that typically "save the streak" are from names fabricated for Streamlabs. They usually include very generic messages or in some instances no message at all.

-A thing to keep in mind, DSP is very sensitive about his tip money. Superhound has shown us inadvertently that DSP is aware when a large tip comes in who the originator of that tip is, or else he will hold up his stream to see who sent it.

These things wouldn't be suspicious on their own merit ordinarily, but in combination and in relation to this specious screen drop from OIC, it pushes it towards being less and less coincidence.
While I think IcedCoffee was just trying to start shit and is regurgitating things he read on the forum, I think it's also true in some capacity.

Last night, Phil got two $20 tips from the same troll under two different names, and he checked them, identified the person and refused to add at least one of the tips, openly explaining that it was a troll who had charged him back before. Phil's reaction also implied he lost the chargebacks, as does the fact that the guy was troll tipping again (why do that if you lost your last chargebacks), so something isn't adding up there anyway.

He then got the massive tip from JaxRaxor to hit the goal, right after his water break, and didn't bat an eye or check if it was real. We know our active troll tipper was working under different names, why wouldn't he tip under the name of a known paypig? The only way Phil would have no reason to check and confirm if the tip was real was if he knew it was coming from that person.

The water breaks are also suspect because they chronically happen when he is down on tips after the halfway mark of the stream. They almost never happen at that time when he is not down on tips, and the one time he decided to clown on the theory that he 'tips himself', and left his phone, he already had the goal locked.

If Phil is not messaging them, then I'm not sure how we are managing to get this rotating parade of whales who often tip at the last minute, and only once did two accidentally tip at the same time. The time he didn't get water and tips were low, he didn't get the last minute tip and had to do extensive OT. Maybe they're scheduled, maybe he gives them a message of some sort.

But then I'm also not sure why this would be the case - where have these people been for years? They needed Phil to put on a vest to bother coordinating to help him? Regular tipping wasn't sticking it to us, but the vest is? We may never know what's going on here, but I'm 100% sure that none of this is 'organic'. The vest streak is the greasiest scam Phil has ever pulled, and we've finally got a bunch of paypigs that aren't just stupid and lining up to get scammed, but are also actively engaged and complicit in the scam. I have no idea why. They're getting nothing out of it and Phil's content is just completely unwatchable these days.

Not as interesting as his chat receipts about pretending he answers unmonetized conversation pieces from his chat and it's just a mentally ill detractor meme.
He has an amazing ability to catch chat posts that call him out for not replying to chat posts that aren't attached to money. But this just shows that Phil is regularly reading the entire chat and refusing to respond to anything going on there... which just ends up validating the point that the long stretches of silence can only be broken with money.

Which again can still be true even after being messaged by DSP to come save the streak.

Example:

DSP "Come save my vest streak dood it looks like a slow night!"

Whale "Sure, I'll drop in around 8:45 and clean up what's left of the tips goal, no sweat!"

DSP didn't tell the whale when or how much to tip and DSP will know in advance to the end of the stream he is going to hit his tip goal.
This has me curious, has anyone noticed any patterns in when the whale tips happen? I wonder if it’s around the same time near the end of each failed vest goal streak? Would be hard to prove anything but would be interesting to know the times

This is why it's so shady and makes me think Phil is faking these tips somehow. The only explanation is that Phil instructed the big paypigs like Jeffrey Anderson to tip like this instead of massive $1000 tips. But, why are they agreeing to this under mostly anonymous names? They're not getting the recognition they so crave. Only Phil knows and he's emotionless on stream about it. I know they're hopeless cucks, but it's hard for me to believe they're burning so much money for literally nothing.

I'm firmly skeptical on the IcedCoffee leaks precisely BECAUSE it confirms the extremely coincidental tipping structure of the vest streak on the late streams. The only reason I'm giving it any notice at all on a personal level is also because it confirms the extremely coincidental tipping structure of the vest streak as well, it's a weird dichotomy. If all the weird coincidences weren't happening in concert with each other, it would be a little more fantastical to get this info dump but because it Occam's Razors' up everything real nice with the things that are easy to Occam's Razor it almost seems unnecessary to get confirmation of it from a shitty useless paypig of DSP.

To answer your question about why now all the sudden, it's kinda easy. They have finally found a thing to make DSP do something for them that is specifically for them, and they want to keep that ride going. Everything DSP has done previous as a "reward" has been self gratifying, culminating in his extremely masturbatory "Vestival" celebrations. DSP is only complicit in this self deprecating grift because it sees a spike in revenue, and as with all things that DSP doesn't have control of he's uncomfortable with it and trying to find some manner to exert control till he straight banworlds the vest altogether. The thing that keeps him from straight up banworlding the vest streak at the moment is he's still doing a cost benefit analysis, trying little things like removing the "Platinum" vest from the lineup because it's both a fan favorite and makes him look and feel like the clown he's dreaded having to become since his early YouTube days.

This has me curious, has anyone noticed any patterns in when the whale tips happen? I wonder if it’s around the same time near the end of each failed vest goal streak? Would be hard to prove anything but would be interesting to know the times

The pattern is that there is no pattern. The closest is that it will always be in the last 50 some odd minutes of the stream, the person tipping will give a very dry "i've been a fan forever" speech/mention of the vest goal/no message, and generally speaking it won't be a recognizable name from the chat or from previous paypigs. Which wouldn't be suspicious at all if it weren't for how DSP reacts to these tips, taking them at face value when we know he will stop everything to check any large tips if he thinks they aren't kosher.
