What a fucking load of shit, the people replaced easily are the low pay low level people with no experience/education, if he actually had a degree and had bothered to create a resume during the last few years he would have no problem finding a job.
He's probably ever only had low level call center type jobs and that's why he is easily replaceable and outsourceable.

As someone who didn't graduate college for an IT Qualification, I've managed to be in the IT Industry for 10 Years and you know why Gator can't get a job? It's because no one want's a fat obese IT Guy who's Socially Awkward working around them. MSP's and Companies with Internal IT take appearance, personality and behavior into account more so than qualifications. If I was hiring someone for a level 1 support job, I'd skip the obese bearded and socially inept applicant and go for nearly anyone else. I can teach someone lacking in IT Support knowledge, I can't teach someone how to not be a social retard to clients and staff members.

EDIT: Just realized I said fat and obese together, shitty grammar aside I think Gator's Volume allows for two words.

Maybe move to Tampa or Orlando or Texas for work where your degree matters if you live in the boonies. The fact you probably went 100k in debt for a degree you claim to have and now wanna do another 4 years for ANOTHER degree that you wont be able to use again is truly exceptional. Enjoy 500k worth of debt and no way to get out from under it if true.

Ralph and Dick aren't the only ones. Look at Andy's hairline from a year ago compared to now lol. I partly suspect that the reason Andy took the manbun back is because maybe he is losing or thinning on the crown and uses the top knot to hide it.
