U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

The problem with the business regulation being that it's not just applied to building before a certain size and capacity, but to literally all businesses. How does this both apply to factories and grocery stores, and not just pharmacies, restaurants, places that have more active contact? Plus, in most businesses, the plastic shields around registers solve the problem of closeness that a mask would.

I agree with that, and a lot of the regulations about food & drink businesses are similarly nonsensical. These are ordinances that would make sense if issued in the first few weeks of the pandemic, when it was poorly understood and we lacked models of countries that handled things well.

These are slap-dash assurances whose primary goal seems to be to prolong economic damage and thus reliance on the "benevolent" arm of the state, and I can think of no other explanation for why you wouldn't try to craft a different approach for meat-packing plants than for a target over the course of six months.

Nah. cant blame them on that one, Sean Murray himself was out there directly lying to people's faces himself
Column A, Column B, but Murray wasn't just selling you a bridge.

Looks like Sir Kyle did a great thing for the community.
Now we know Saint Kyle likely saved Pedo's daughter from future rape... even if she was estranged, we know this man was capable of fucking a woman, so a child he only infrequently sees would have been prime real estate.

10 years... really seems like a light sentence now for the repeated rape of five boys under 12.... That's only 2 years for each boy rape.

It's amazing how many of them are repeatedly arrested and immediately released, isn't it? All those DAs and mayors being totally complicit.
Top be fair, some of it stems from the fact these Freedom Funds have seemingly bottomless pockets and bail out the arrested ASAP after they've been arrested and assigned a bail amount. Throughout the thread, there's been discussion of protestors arrested multiple times only to be out within 24 hours and protesting the very next day. Lather rinse repeat.

Catching up from last night, so forgive please if this has been posted.
The Kenosha rioters have filed a lawsuit stating that their 1st Amendment rights were violated with curfews.
This sounds very similar to the Detroit suit I posted yesterday. The NLG and its cronies looks to be trying a death by 1000 paper cuts tactic with these various suits. It's a shame they can't be somehow consolidated into one Federal case -- preferable with a judge who can find the most legal way to tell the complainants "LOL, no."

A bunch of commies are lawyering up.
I have to wonder if that demand for $3000+ in tire replacement is for Portland SnackVan Guy(tm). If so, he's got a lot of chutzpah to be threatening a lawsuit when it might be argued he has unclean hands in providing active support to Antifa and Allies and possessing itesm that may be of questionable legality.

Trump’s Feds Are Reviewing 'All' the Footage of 2020 Unrest for Possible Crimes
It's about time, and it must be putting the streamers in a no-win situation. Some will undoubtedly bounce and squeak about not showing people on cam/stream even if it means all we see are people's feet. However, the same people's narcissism also means they want to be seen on camera wrecking havoc and getting their attention fix. Even if it takes time for the Feds to review all the footage, they have the patience and resources and this is a good thing for bringing the perpetrators to justice.

Weapons, shields, spike strips recovered during Seattle park cleanup
Because we know these are all must-have items for peaceful protests, amirite?

Portland Pétroleuse Sues Pro-Trump Paintball Patriot for $250,000
WTF is a petroleuse? A female gas station owner? A female fume-sniffer? The latest term in SJW buzzword bingo? 🤷‍♂️

These people might claim to be objective but they are immune to evidence they do not like.
It's easier to name-call a critic or move the goalposts than it is to properly question or refute an argument. And it's totally unacceptable in $CURRENT_YEAR to admit the other side might make an occasionally-valid counterpoint or present a perspective that makes one rethink their own worldview.

The ride never ends
Multiple signs about landlords looks like they are going, full commie
It must be another nationwide thing. Detroit also had a demonstration where rent issues were once again repeated as was restoration of the extra $600/week in Federal Unemployment instead of the $300-400 currently in place. It's obvious they'd rather work at protesting than take or return to a job.

Looks like it's protesting for the sake of protesting.
They'll simply move the goalposts and add another demand to the list to replace an existing one that's been addressed in some way.

A weepy whiner quits the Kenosha newspaper. This turd has a Gofundme, over $20.000 so far. Lots of idiots with money to piss away, I guess.
It sucks that someoen can walk away form a job and get a GFM for $20,000-plus when we have people who don't know how to cover their monthly expenses while their job brings little to no money into their households. One might argue having that much money from a GFM is financial privilege that needs to be checked.

Funny how Trump isn't wanted in Kenosha despite being our president. I bet had he said he wouldn't come, htey'd frame it as him not caring. Biden, on the other hand, gets a pass because he has the (D) by his name.

Bonus points was another comment that said people should instead create a charity for colon cancer....just for black people.
This is the type of thing that should come form a concerted effort to improve the life of Black people, especially if they're more susceptible to colon cancer. Unfortunately, these are also the type of things nobody wants to do because it's too time consuming or doesn't the more selfish demands. It also shows a hipocracy: Peopel can go on GFM and raise $20,000 after they choose to walk away from a job, but they can't work to fund programs to help minorities get the healthcare they need -- especially those with a propensity for serious diseases that cost a lot of money to treat. Those Black lives aren't in the category that matters, apparently. :heart-empty:

Getting back on topic, apparently Trump just defunded NYC and several other cities.
Classic, textbook terrorism.
As much as I dislike seeing people charged with domestic terrorism when it's an obvious overstep, many of these crimes committed by Antifa and Allies truly are domestic terrorism and should be treated and charged as such if the evidence exists for it.

This list of demands loos like a template that's been distributed to different cites and tailor-made for their local conditions and laws because I've seen something similar being circulated elsewhere.

I was born in 91 and me and my friends spent at least half the time outside. I get the feeling I may be part of one of if not the last generations to really do so.
When I grew up with few electronics and no internet, kids were encouraged to do anything outside -- even if itwas just reading a book on the porch. But kids then also had more creativity. My neighbors and I would do anything we could think of: cards, street hockey, board games, basketball, neighborhood Olympics, or even make up our own games. Now, everyone is glues to their devices and kids are even discouraged to go outside because nobody knows their neighbors any more. TBF, there's some neighborhoods where being outside is probably a bad idea, but still.

Between the coof and 'protests of peace' looming over the US suburbs, wtf is trick-or-treating going to be like this year? Especially later in the evening, when the teenagers show up en masse after the little kids and their parents have gone home?
It won't surprise me if more people, especially seniors, choose to sit out of Halloween this year because of COVID-realted health reasons or safety concerns over ongoing unrest. It's unfortunate because my neighborhood is one that gets younger Black kids visiting because their own neighborhoods are too unsafe. However, we'll see what happens between now and then.

Lol, some masked asshole is arguing with a cop in DC, and the cop casually dropped his full name and said "I know who you are, you're on pre-trial release". Anyone who has video capture, can you grab the News2Share stream? We're about to have some very whiny bitches.

Cop is "head of special operations", and he's baiting them pretty hard.

Nah, he'd still have gone to prison and been sex-offender registered. California's bullshit only applies to 14 and up.
Fun fact about that California bill, it's "LGBT" centric because its about not registering young adult men who fucked teen boys in the ass """""""consensually""""""" to put them on the same level as young adult men who fucked teen girls in the pussy.

So the bill is pretty irrelevant once you find out IT ALREADY WORKS THAT WAY, only just for straight sex, fuck California.

They are having a bad time in Portland tonight.

That lil' bitch yapping at the cops, and the cops are just humoring them. LOL it's like adults letting a kid get their tantrum out before bringing them in the house and putting them to bed.

Well, I put a huge textwall about Antifa in the Thunderdome the other day, but since then we've seen all of these local police and the National Guard get deputized by the Feds, so that every action taken against them is considered a Federal crime, which puts them outside of the jurisdiction of the local PD, so that all of the sympathizers in places like the Portland justice department can't immediately spin around and keep releasing these people back onto the streets.

Several people have already been arrested and slammed with Federal charges due to this change, and there's no bailout in the Federal system. Once you're thrown in, you're just in. The DOJ has also made it clear that they're going to retroactively look back through all of the people who were being pushed through this "revolving door" to pursue additional charges, so it's not as though something isn't being done. They all rioted and looted and had all the fun that they wanted, and now that everyone's on the record books, the DOJ can comb through those records at its leisure and pluck out everyone that they want, and there's nothing the locals can do anything about it.

As usual, with the Justice Department: Everything just takes a little patience. This isn't a movie, these things take time.

There *is* bail at the federal level, it's just rarely used (bail meaning "you put down a deposit of cash/collatoral to ensure you show back up").

They more frequently make use of a conditional release - you have a meeting with a pretrial services officer who gets your background and financial info and makes a recommendation to the judge as to whether you should be released or not, and what conditions should be imposed as part of the release (up to and including monetary, just rarely done).

Giving no chance for anyone to be released pre-trial at all would violate the constitution (8th, 5th, and 14th amendments).

Anyway, https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/3142 that lists out the actual law dictating how federal pretrial release is done (notice subsection c, 1, b, xi and xii).

Were protest chants always this annoying and confrontational? I only remember MLK and his friends dressing in their Sunday best and never agitating even if they wanted cops to make the first move.

There was always agitation. MLK was mostly for photo ops and big stage events. As the face of the movement, he knew that if he agitated, he lost.
However, plenty of sympathizers had no such restraints.

MLK wasn't a fan of faggotry though; he'd ask for the coon troons protesting to be hanged on the spot.

TL;DR - Prude was walking around town at 3 AM naked while it was snowing (this was March) and trace amounts of PCP were found in the autopsy.

They put the spit mask on him because he was struggling and being uncooperative (of course).

The medical examiner determined:

A low level of the powerful hallucinogen phencyclidine, or PCP, was found in Prude’s system. The autopsy report listed “acute phencyclidine intoxication” as a complication of his death.

Prude's death was ruled a homicide caused by "complications of asphyxia in the setting of physical restraint" by Monroe County Medical Examiner Dr. Nadia Granger, according to the autopsy report.

My questions are what happened in the four minutes in between cuts and why is the sound muted in the second half?

Something doesn't seem right about this footage.
