Why not both? I can see him getting roughed up by a pimp for not paying for some reason, and then trying to report the incident to the cops. That would be spectacular. He makes a lot of these posts about women in service positions. He's always so unhappy that women aren't open to his advances. I remember he said something similar about some girl at a copy place. When you read something like this, even if you don't know who Russell is, you automatically would assume this guy was being a creep and making unwanted advances.
