I really doubt he is spending more than 15k a year for the car and other costs of living, so according to him he would be spending something like 25k a year on drugs and trips to do drugs with others generously assuming the remaining 20k goes to tax, helping his mom out with the living expenses, and eating out estimate padding (cuz fat).

Well we all know Ralph is an alcoholic, but let's be realistic. He probably doesn't drink a handle a day. Let's scale that down to a 5th a day, which I think is a reasonable assumption.

273,750 ml of Maker's Mark per year / 1.75 ltr = 157 handles of Maker's Mark / year

Let's start with weed. 8th a day seems like a solid estimate for a proper addict. Let's round that down to 3.5 grams instead of up.
Let's assume he buys by the 2 OZ if he's gonna smoke that much. Let's round the Ounce to 28 grams.
Estimated Price per 2OZ of weed = $350 I might need one of you potheads to correct me on this one
Estimated yearly weed usage = 3.5 g * 365 days = 1,277.5 g / year
