Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died at 87. - 🦀

Cause pregnancy is some terrifying body horror shit that can straight up kill you, and the end product is an extremely expensive, difficult to care for shit goblin a lot of us do not want and are not capable of caring for properly.

Come to the girly boards, you will learn many things.
It's unfortunate your mother decided not to Ruth Bader Gisnburg you.

To help answer the, "why is she so unpopular?" question that keeps popping up.

In addition to all the points already mentioned, many of her opinions from the 00's worked on the basis that international law and standards should apply if the current Federal/state law on the books didn't cover the issue. Literally a foreign sovereign nations laws should be given the same weight as full blown laws of the land. (Beyond standard stuff like treaties and other international agreements.)

This is radically against the whole concept of limited powers to the government and unemumerated rights concept in the 9th amendment of the constitution. It got to the point she was even starting to argue for hate speech crimes in her writings before the rest of the justices started gently saying 'WTF are you doing Ruth?' in their own opinions.

I'd also argue it was around this time her mental faculties started to severely decline and her support staff began rubber stamping her judicial work. Several of her law clerks had particular styles when writing, it was pretty big thunk-provoking when all her opinions the last decade started matching this style and tone.

I feel it all around me boys. That 2016 energy is back. The egregore is gearing up again. Agents of negativity and acceleration are growing in strength. I hit a deadlift PR today and I'm positive her death had something to do with it. The momentum has shifted. Coincidence and fate figure largely in our lives.

Surely the Republicans won't act like opportunistic hypocrites and try to push a nomination through despite this being an election year. I know I have faith in my political representatives in Congress!
"It's not hypocritical because this time the Senate & Presidency are held by the same party"-Cocaine Mitch, seriously.

Isn't that because you guys are taught to hold your emotions in, no matter what?
We're taught, mainly by experience, that our emotions largely don't matter and being emotionally open makes us more unattractive and liable not to reward, but to targeted attacks by people whose best weapon against us are the fruits of the trust we allowed them to cultivate in us.

In simpler terms, men can only get angry. Any other emotion is discouraged.

They literally won't ever learn. Combination of short memory, puritanical idealism, autism, and general lack of marketable skills/sense of self worth means that these fucking exceptional individuals will always claim that the ends justify the means until the means are used by someone else.

As fucked as 2020 has been, it's maybe the most entertaining year in memory.

For those with this incognito search, please don't burn down your local Autozone just because RBG died. Boomers need a place they can buy car parts and complain about how hard modern technology is.

Edit: I'm retarded I didn't read the spoiler, corrected it now.

Daily Kos has a lot of batshit crazy hysteria. First, look at this archived thread's responses:

Delicious liberal tears would be an understatement! It warms my heart to see so much impotent rage!

On top of that, these same fools are throwing around ideas such as expanding the court, nullifying the presidency, and blocking an RBG replacement with their "bodies and lives if need be" among other inane, stupid shit. In all their rage and hysteria, they never seem to acknowledge the frightening levels of anti-democratic ideas they endorse.

3 leading choices for the nomination from John Roberts:
Amy Coney Barrett
Barbara Lagoa
Allison Rushing

I get that nominating a woman is probably the tactically better choice, but part of me wishes Trump would push through a chauvinist white male replacement for Ginsburg just for that extra helping of rage from the Twitter checkmarks.

Maybe Trump finds a candidate that IDENTIFIES as a woman *hint hint* Now that would make some Leftists heads explode

I would honestly rather go with a female conservative just to make the the Yaaas kween slay crowd collectively lose their shit and commit mass Jonestown style suicide. The GOP would be on board with it if she's pro-2A, and the hypocritical left would show their true colors by attacking an innocent woman.

Emotion can be a powerful weapon provided you control them and not the other way around like most Americans.
