The thing about the Insurrection Act is that if Trump envokes it, it won't be "out of the blue", Trump will be required to make a proclamation telling the 'insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time.' 10 USC § 254 anyone who keeps their kids in the mob after such a proclamation is guilty of child abuse/wanton child endangerment

This has been a common theme throughout. Look back at the protests from the start - the signs were on brown cardboard and all had the same handwriting, and were written in the same style/phrasing. There were almost no ‘random’ ones. When you see organic protests, or even a mix of organic and organised, you see all sorts of signs. These have been almost completely homogenous.
These protests are not just having an organised component, they are being driven almost completely by some organising entity.
Looters are probably the most spontaneous bit.

I've mentioned it here way back but with the fuckers shooting at cops now and hitting them with bats and shit Pantifa and BLM better pray to the good lord above no group of cops in Seattle or Portland take any inspiration from the Brabant killers. The general public better also pray that if that does happen the cops don't target the same people. If it did happen though they would have the addresses no doubt on file for all the riotous little shits. I'd be scared shitless if I were them, most people with a brain hate them already, I doubt they would bat an eye if a cop went full serial killer on his off hours targetting antifags in their homes.

Most of this post is autistic. It the past it was based on skin color. Your skin color is your uniform. America might get lucky in that when shit hits the fan there may be some areas where people who know and like each other won't care about skin color, but that's optimistic AF with the way things are looking now. Put it this way, in situations where multinational countries broke up mixed marriages were broken up and typically the women and children were killed. This happend in the late 20th century mind you in Europe as well as Africa, not in ancient times. Not looking good.

I believe it has been reported that she was not asleep in her bed, that she and her bf got out of bed and went to the door to check who it was. Whoch goes to show how much of a pansy her bf was seeing as no self respecting man allows his woman to enter a potentially dangerous situation like that. I'm of two minds on the slumlord topic.

On the one hand, it is in the self interest of the landlord to maintain the property lest it burst into flames. Also a nicer property will help keep land values up.

Then again, in my home town, the migrant workers rent an apartment, lay mattresses down wall to wall and you end up with 50 or so sleeping there. (Their work shifts keep people from sleeping there all at once.) And landlords put up with it because no one else was going to rent it.

I think raw economic pressure would gradually force any "segregated" area to diversify as economic prospects in a town change. Hence why you need something more comprehensive than a simple suburb. You need industry as well.

Edit: Also ensure that fucking people don't leave. Most of my graduating class left my home town and never looked back.

A lot of people don't seem to know drawing a weapon on a cop is illegal. If you do so expect to get shot. When someone draws a weapon you have no idea what's going though their head. They might just shoot the person in front of them or go on a rampage. This is a kill or be killed situation. Are these cops just supposed to stand there and get shot all for the sake of BLM? Anyone would kill a person who is threatening you, a loved one, or maybe some innocent bystanders. If you do nothing at all you might get killed for it. If you have a chance to save yourself take it.
