I’m seeing this tweet get raked over the coals a lot. 2046D57C-AB1D-4261-8D5F-F5A8ED5CBBCB.jpeg

And now, a conversation about supplemental material. https://archive.md/85DwY
I always love these type of interviews where their asked about the actual story and characters in question and all their answers are generic general descriptions that could apply to anything. "Oh, I love all of the characters, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be Character A. They're just so good and interesting and full of vauge potential!"

Most critics who offered "constructive logical takes" you told to fuck off for being "bigoted". Its hard to actually critique anything when you just scream in the critics face they are a bigot over the slightest criticism because your fragile snowflake ego can't handle enjoying something that is considered by other people to be of low quality.

Unlike most people who knowingly consume garbage media because they like it and think everyone who says otherwise is entitled to their own consumption. Not these self-obsessed mother fuckers. They can't handle other people even THINKING what they like is bad. This is the kind of crap that kills fandoms for most people.

She sounds like a very nice person.
She's right though, people here have been saying the same thing, hell back in the day people gave RWBY shit for being janky and (rightly) for Jaune hogging screentime over the title character. But it was a bit better back then because RWBY didn't take itself too seriously and knew how to have fun.

Way back when those trailers first dropped, who chose to watch RWBY anticipating it to be a mindblowing, culture-shaping masterpiece? It's a Roosterteeth production made by people who threw shit in because it sounded cool at the time, not a piece by Spielberg in his prime. Now its current fanbase pretends a blonde fucking a cat holds the secret to world peace and the end of racism.

And if there's any need to compare, RWBY is basically an Ubisoft animated movie, not something outta the MCU.
