The Talmud is a collection of rabbinical interpretations and debates about the meanings of the Torah from the Sixth Century, which are the the first five books of the Tanakh, or the entire Hebrew bible. The Talmud has less canonical authority than the Torah, but is essentially commentary and viewed as a way to interpret the meaning of the Torah. You then also have later have rabbinical commentaries that are adopted by different schools and philosophies that all disagree with each other and argue over the proper interpretation of the Torah, Tanalh, and Talmud.Judeo-Christian refers to the term Judeo-Christian values, which is the belief that the values and culture of the west evolved from common themes and moral teachings shared by Christianity and Judaism. Stonetoss is saying (visually) that such a concept is ridiculous because the two religions split in terms of core teachings since the inception of Christianity.
This isn't directly stated by the comic but adds to its point too: Modern Judaism shares very little with any form of Christianity in terms of source material. A lot of Christian's have the impression that the entire old testament is the entirety of the Jewish faith, but in actual fact the core of modern Jewish beliefs is the first 5 books of the old testament (Torah) plus the Talmud, which is a transcription of an Oral Torah and the teachings of a bunch of rabbis. Neither the oral torah or those teachings are in the christian bible at all, and much of the later (and possibly the former considering they were passed down orally for a long time) are newer than Christianity and were created by the Pharisees, the order that killed Jesus. From what I've heard, the teachings of the Talmud differ drastically from those of the new testament and to some extent the old as well.
Disclaimer that I'm not very well informed on Modern Judaism and my understanding of it is either very surface level (what I've said here basically), or from listening to nazi's talk about it (which I have left out, but includes things like Jewish supremacy and the belief that Jesus is in a vat of boiling cum or some shit in the Talmud).
Tldr; the Talmud has some religious authority as a text, but isnt the sole basis of jewish beliefs. Nor are you required to adhere to all of it to be a good Jew, which only requires that you fleece the goyim of all his worth and drink the blood of Christian babies on a regular basis.
