One of the strongest arguments for Bob being autistic is his complete, oblivious refusal to stop using this "evolved" language. Over and over again he ventures into this deeply uncomfortable, excruciatingly offensive territory, dehumanizing vast swaths of people for holding beliefs he dislikes, and no matter who tells him this is a Bad Idea he just ... won't ... stop. And I suspect it's because he can't.

It's been the complaint from conservatives for years that the SCOTUS was making law and they want it to stop. It's been somewhat fun because for a long time, it's been the Left's motif to always deny this, and RBG's death is the first time in awhile I've seen them start coming out and admit "oh yeah, they're totally making law!" One thing I will agree with Raz0rfist on this is that now would be a good time to amend the constitution and get some additional restraint on the SCOTUS while the Left is open to the idea.
Of course even if we did, you just know as soon as they had another majority on the bench, the Left would demand the restraints removed.

Too say nothing about how little checks and balances there are in Canada's system compared to the United States. I have never seen or heard ofa scenario where a sitting Prime Minister was forcefully removed from office. The worst that can happened is they can get slapped with a "contempt of parliament" charge as what happened to Harper (though I view that charge as blatant act of cynicism by the LPC and NDP), or wait for the next election. However, I have very little faith in the Canadian systems as we have a Prime Minister that committed not one, but three ethical breaches and dressed up in blackface and still received a minority government though they still act as a majority since the NDP are too cash-strapped to put in a vote of non-confidence.
