The Ruger Precision Rifle is the most affordable truly precision rifle on the market. You can reliably get sub-MOA accuracy using good ammunition at 500m and beyond. Compared to the M1A which is 2-3 MOA on a good day. Bolt actions aren't just bolt actions. The Remington 700 and Remington 770 look outwardly identical, but the 700 is about 3x more accurate, and significantly more expensive. You also want to know what all the turny bits and rods and stuff are? It isn't "bastardized," it's a precision stock and pistol grip to give optimal eye relief and a smooth and even trigger pull.

I just, holy fucking shit. I know you want to be the cool dude who seriously knows the guns and wants to shit on dax, but fucking goddamn, I nearly got cancer and AIDS simultaneously while reading this post.
