The whole listicle thing is a big draw and I'm certain that the Escapist would have hired a tard wrangler to make sure not every entry is capeshit. Bob really does not have the mental capacity to discern certain nuance in certain movies. He hated Taken because it's about a macho 80's dudebro when logic would dictate that he would like a good action flic. He loved Splice because it was female Dr Frankenstein without any of the messages about playing god or higher concepts.

My point is that Bob's takes are boring when he has a script. His script being, if all my peers like it I will twist the thesaurus until I can give it a positive score.

On the other hand, I love it when he is forced to have an opinion as it is the case with Godzilla. When everyone said, "It's a shitty movie" his retort was, "you're just too stupid to understand it!".

You can see how defensive he gets about his intelligence.

It reminds me of Errant Signal, when he made overly long videos defending how Saints Row 3 was high art. When in reality he just liked the dumb fun of blowing up gang cars with a rocket launcher but could not admit it publicly.

Rate this as powerleveling, but my main issue with cuties is that it isn't about child sexuality.
I wholeheartedly believe using real children to dance makes the emotions of disgust and anger more powerful and these levels of anger and disgust are necessary to actually stick the message to the public's mind.
The problem is that "message" is an outright fabrication from execs and the director to try calm down the criticism.
I've seen that movie, the movie is more about conservative families (the protagonist lives under an extremely controlling muslim mother) that due to their iron but futile grip with kids, manage to lose them even more.
The main girl is intoxicated by the liberty of french teens, having never seen it, so she starts to hang out with these group of girls who are practicing for a dancing competition, and are borderline preteen delinquents who even their classmates believes they're way out there. The first dance is not even that risky, but is the muslim raised girl, not understanding the social limits, is who brings the riskier moves she learns from adult music videos and at the end becomes an attempted murderer.
The main problem isn't the plot or topic, but they make an ok movie, but the slow mo crotch shots and shit, which while disgusting it would've been useful had the movie actually been about child overt sexuality and its consequences.
The girl's mother, never, in the whole movie ever learns her daughter is dancing nor is she ever confronted about it, and she never suffers any consequence from it, nor is essential for her friendship with the other girls.
They made preteen girls dance in auditions for nothing. If the decisions have meaning and purpose it isn't exploitation, but this IS.
