Bob couldn't even manage that and even in his peak days at The Escapist, he was a B-Lister at best.

Another difference between Bob and Doug is that Doug is a semi-competent businessman who made TGWTG/CA because he knew Youtube would not be a very viable platform for his show due to Youtube's bullshit copyright laws, and hasn't had many major controversies beyond making some bad reviews. There was Change the Channel but it did not effect him beyond destroying his egotistical persona. He also is doing great on Youtube due to the grandfather clause of reviewing protecting him.

Bob on the other hand has gotten into many controversies from his retarded political takes, his gamergate drama which actually got him fired from the Escapist temporarily, and his over the top defense of Cuties has brought on more negative attention to him especially getting in a fight with Memology who has many high profile people watching him (i.e. Pewdiepie). Bob really got himself into a fight he can't really win as he isn't prominent enough to take down a channel unless he was in a inner lefty youtube circle or had Ethan Klein levels of influence.
