From what I remember, Troll face was actually a derivative of a drawing known as "Rape rodent", and gained popularity over time while the original source never took off. Trollface I believe is actually owned by someone.

All I can really say that their belief in being different from furries is grade A bullshit, it's a shame that we never got a MWFF/Rainfurrest-style convention fiasco from 'em, and that the porn of it is the worst thing on planet.

The closest there is was the Las Pegasus Unicon which ran from February 22-24, 2013. In short there was a Dashcon-style financial chaos that included emergency fundraisings, attendees getting kicked out and stranded, fake money that never went to print, and voice actors' check bouncing.

The only board I used to tolerate was /sp/, and guess what? That, too, became a spergatory for political shitflinging and a severe case of the same posts and the same jokes being posted over and over again. And for whoever had the idea to implement flags according to the poster's local IP, I hope he or she suffers the fate of Loki for all eternity.
