Anaheim is a shithole for both reasons tbh. Cracked out niggas and beaners on one side, and AWFLs and bugmen on the other side. There are a few sane Japanese people living there because it used to have a strong Japanese community but that's it in terms of normal people who you'd like to meet.

To give more context to the guy Quinton is responding to, Jschlatt is a massively popular YTber and former twitch streamer who plays a variety of deadpan comedic characters. Think of him as a more ad-friendly Sam Hyde if you want a general idea of how committed to the characters he plays. The most popular being an extremely gay Catholic Republican (though I think he is legitimately catholic and probably right leaning). His twitter is nothing but shitposting and playing up these characters.

This actually represents a problem with the modern state of YouTube, and, to an extent, the entire internet. I miss the early days, when people would just make whatever weird content they enjoyed making, without worrying about hitting a certain amount of views, or reaching enough people, when it was more of a hobby than a career. I think that's part of why one of Quinton's enemies, PewDiePie, is so popular; he's just a dude that makes videos of whatever he wants, whether it's talking about philosophy, playing games, or reacting to shit, and it feels genuine. A smaller YouTuber, Glink, put out a video in regards to online parasocial relationships, and the topic of online "father figures," like Joe Rogan, and "older brother" figures, like Justin Whang or PDP, and it's that sort of authenticity that people are drawn to, but Quinton seems to have lost it somewhere. The reason I subbed to Quinton years ago was because of his weird, niche videos on like, Bee Movie, and I unsubbed when he just became boring. As much as I enjoy ripping on Quinton, if those weird videos will be fun for him to make, I think he should do it. Stop worrying so much about the algorithm and other people's opinions, and just make the content you want to make. Be genuine, and, hopefully, the views will come with it. And if not, at least you had fun making something

Is "Poggers face" even a thing? I've never heard of it and a quick Google search found nothing like what Quinton described. But why lie about something like that?
