In the stream where he eats the pickled ghost peppers (a day or two ago?) they're so hot he started spitting on the floor, multiple times. Probably like 20 times. Some people in the stream were like, "Does your landlord know you spit on the floor?" I'd be fuming to see that as a landlord. Not to mention he previously spilled surstroming juice all over the carpet too.

He's vomited on it several times on stream too, so who knows how many times over the years. And his cleaning method is probably just rubbing it in with paper towels then vacuuming it in a month.

There have been several instances on stream where he'll full on hurl onto the floor in front of him and just let it sit there for the remainder of the hour+ stream. If he even cleans it at all. The comparison photo of the floor from whenever this was to now suggests he never did. Obviously the lighting and quality of the camera will make a difference, but it's still a pretty good "Before" snapshot.

usually, landlords dont like to give places to people unless they have a stable job. he needs good references and, when they look at him getting evicted, they will most likely turn him down. his only hope is to rent a place that is almost falling apart since landlords of these places don't really give two shits who they rent to.

Lol he said on his latest stream that him and Clint are going to clean, paint, and rip up the carpet to cut down on the damages bill. Now he actually has to do some real work.

This year has had the Ellen rejection saga followed up by the Chazz successful voice actor saga straight into the current eviction saga. His ego must be as small as it's ever been. I also think the Ellen and Chazz disappointments led him to the state we've seen him in recently. His confidence has taken so many beatings that he put up more of a front than usual. But it's pretty easy to see him lashing out at his trolls or DTTSs as him trying to patch his self-esteem. And as a whole he isn't much different than the past, but just being much less likable in the process.
For all his faults and retarded actions, I actually like Josh and generally want good things for him. He is the only lolcow that if I saw in public, I'd actually talk to him for a bit. So I have my fingers crossed for what comes next. Clint won't let him be homeless, at least not yet, so he's going to be "fine" for now. But how this plays out in the coming months will be interesting to say the least.
