So is the next motion you file going to succeed?
Her newest motion is filled. It is a tragedy beyond human belief. literally the only citation was to her previous case, to whine how unfair it was. If she just copied some of my replies, that would have looked to have at least some effort put in.
Tl;Dr:
"I am a woman, and I am poor, and so he is biased"
The counterargument to point one:
The Judge need not instantly grant your discovery. The Judge does not need to instantly grant any time-sensitive motion. Especially if there are pressing problems with your lawsuit, namely the failure to state a claim
The counterargument to point two: He obviously dismissed your relief claim. He need not specifically mention it if he is dismissing everything. Regardless you fail to prove how he "intentionally ommited" it, or how it shows bias.
The counterargument to point three: You are actually retarded. Rule 8 (e), or Rule 8 in general, never mentions the word impartial, and Rule 8 (e) applies to Plantiff, as clearly stated, not the judge. Also, yes, Social Justice is futile and it can go fuck itself
The counterargument to point four: How is that bias? The pleading can't be fixed. and you can't co-add more defendants, certainly not atleast via Rule 19.
The counterargument to point five: A citation would have done wonders here. Again, you fail to provide any proof for any of your claims.
The counterargument to point six: How does this demonstrate bias against pro-se litigants, and not say just to you? It could be that he just hates you in particular
All in all, this is horrible, and will get dismissed
Holy shit, this is a woefully bad motion. At this point I'm pretty sure she's just wasting their time because they're obligated to listen to her about it.
I agree. No one can make a motion this bad not on purpose. I think that's a new record for the shittiest filling yet
My mistake, forgot to include another motion. It's even worse. It's only barely 2 pages long, there are no arguments, everyone mentioned has immunity, and I have destroyed the Rule 19 argument already
here , here,
here, and probably somewhere else.
Yikes! That filing is brutal!
Honestly, I pity the judge. Not only will he have to answer this mess, but also he'll need to explain in great detail why this is retarded. That's a lot of work for someone who won't learn
I'm in hiding. He won't find me!
And that's exactly why you keep revealing your frequent locations, such as the PO box you use to file horrendous motions, your schedule, etc.
I honestly think the judge should just sue her under the 8th amendment. I'm sure her pleadings count as a "cruel and unjust punishment". There even kinda is a legal basis for this. In Trop v. Dulles, 356 U.S. 86 (1958 ) it was declared that "The Court recognized in that case that the words of the Amendment are not precise, and that their scope is not static. The Amendment must
draw its meaning from the evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society.". So, If we were conclude that maybe in today's day and age it would be reasonable to conclude this was cruel and unjust, this might just work.
