Social Justice Warriors - Now With Less Feminism Sperging

Because, shockingly, even McCarthy admitted he might be in error about these people being security risks. Unlike modern day faggotry where you sling accusations first and forget to apologize later when your sorry ass gets blown out.

You know, believe what you want about McCarthy, but the question still fucking stands: were there Communists in the State Department?

And the answer is YES, which means the decades long push to bury McCarthy has been SOLELY in the defense of communist traitors.
So because there were Communists in the State Department, a fact nobody denies, McCarthy was right about everything and his tactics were always good?

McCarthy buried his reputation not by what he did, but how he did it, and everybody knew it at the time. The only people he helped were the Communists in discrediting anti-Communism.

You could even say he was an early victim of tone policing.

The fact was that the Communist sympathizers were going to bury him regardless of his tactics. They didn't want ANYONE pointing out 'hey, should we really be leaving these people in sensitive posts'?

Think of it as a 50's version of 'Say, why do joggers always seem to shit their own beds?'. It's the question that dares not be spoken.

You ever hear about how the Kremlin thought he was great because he discredited the anti-Communist cause? If anything, that was their position. They spoke out against him in public, though no one would listen, but privately applauded him, because he made their enemies look like fools.

No, I don't subscribe to alt-history fanfic sites. Too many weebs.

If they try to relitigate it with this Supreme Court, it will be really, really settled law real fast.
I hope the California "assault weapon" and magazine bans get challenged and struck down now. The only reason they haven't already is because Roberts didn't care enough about the second amendment when he was the deciding vote, despite the fact they're covered by "in common use for lawful purposes".

Not sure where to post this
Andy Ngo tweet about 6 antifa showing up at his family's home last year trying to break into the house and taunt at the cameras.
Kpop twat dismissed it as a " harmless prank"

I remember when there was something to do with Antifa attacks, the hashtag was filled up with K-Pop stuff to hide any evidence.
Gas all K-Pop stans.

More Anne Boleyn commentary.

I don't think that's why people are "big mad." Seeing black people in this original post agreeing that it's idiotic makes this even better to me.
Okay, let's see what you'll label black people when they rage about Rosa Parks being played by Natalie Portman.

Democrats want to relitigate District of Columbia v. Heller because unlike Roe V. Wade apparently it's not 'settled law'.
That's especially stupid because during DC v. Heller they claimed US v. Miller was "settled law." Despite the fact that neither the defendant nor his counsel appeared before the court, and the whole thing was a sham to promote gun control.

wikipedia said:
In reality, Ragon was in favor of the gun control law and ruled the law unconstitutional because he knew that Miller, who was a known bank robber and had just testified against the rest of his gang in court, would have to go into hiding as soon as he was released. He knew that Miller would not pay a lawyer to argue the case at the Supreme Court and would simply disappear. Therefore, the government's appeal to the Supreme Court would surely be a victory because Miller and his attorney would not even be present at the argument.

Only Supreme Court case in history not to hear from the defence.

Ironically Miller established that it was legitimate to keep arms for militia purposes, so it would be easy to use that precedent to wipe out a lot of laws Democrats have passed.

It's not just A&H regulars doomposting about the Boogaloo apparently.

Also imagine believing not only that the private prison system is modern-day slavery, but also that this is what the Right is fighting to defend. The whole thing about trying to stop a repeat of the Cultural Revolution is clearly just the new "muh state's rights" to them, isn't it?

Amusingly if you read that reason as "Democrats wanting to secede because the course of history isn't going their way" then it's true.

I think it's about rich assholes wanting to keep their state rights on owning beaners slaves instead of nigger slaves.
