Just to point this out, but him complaining his family got food without him heavily implies they regularly eat with him in that case, otherwise there would be no point in complaining about such a common occurrence.

Irony here is that UrsulaV has a garden and grows a lot of her own food at home. Pretty certain that if Lou tried to grow something he'd end up screaming at the plant and calling it a racist Nazi for not producing big macs and spaghetti for him at lightning speeds.

You should try starting a garden sometime, Lou. Grow your own lettuce and tomatoes.

Ordering out and going for fast food are in a way luxurious and meant the latter more for people on the go when they need something quick.
