In the USA Catholics, Mormons and the Amish outcompeting the nonreligious birth rates, and globally Islam is projected to become the world's largest religion and African Christians are having tons of children, meanwhile the nonreligious is expected to drop by 2%

I was saying domestically within the USA, not globally. Of course Africa is a different story. Mormons and the Amish are not going to make up a huge chunk of the population at any point, and Catholics are 20% so they would also have a lot of growth to do to approach anything close to a majority. The decline of Protestantism (currently 43%) to unaffiliated is much faster.

I do not think it is possible to prevent people from using the opposites of desirable traits as insults. They will always insinuate somebody is inept, stupid, or repulsive to berate because they genuinely believe those are bad things to be — not morally but practically. And the best argument against doing so — ‘Well, people have no control over this!’ — may only elicit pity, not endear.

I am not too happy with my phrasing here. Of course, the best argument against using those things as insults is to argue they are not insult-worthy; and only when that fails — which I have implied would happen — the best argument becomes that because people cannot rid themselves of those faults, doing so is cruel and thus should be avoided.

Specifically with Essence of Thought (Can't believe he/she doesn't have a thread. From what I've heard, this particular troon is quite a lolcow him/herself) which seems to have sparked a little rivalry between the two (speaking of which, does anyone know if said rivalry has escalated or not?).

EssenceOfThought (YouTube, Twitter) and her friend ALeviCalledBird (YouTube, Twitter) are indeed an entertaining duo of never-tiring drama machines. I have been following them for quite some time. They strike me as people with a moral compass so strong, it destroys their ability to perceive scale or compromise for the sake of pragmatism.

I would say that is autism speaking, but that would be horribly ableist of me, not to mention abusive and manipulative. Besides, EssenceOfThought broke ties with an autism self-advocacy group precisely because it would compromise where she would not, and so it is evident this terrible affliction is not common to all autistics.

As for their rivalry with Xanderhal, as far as I am aware, nothing much happened since that video from five months ago.

The answer comes down to two things IMO:

1) MRAs and their identical twin in the PUA movement basically buy into the essential ideas of the neoliberal world order. They're just male sluts, which the elite class loves because degeneracy is the program. You can't criticize them without sounding reactionary. Wanting feminism but for men is still living in the dialectic of modernity so it's basically not threatening.

2) Touching on the latter question, MRAs declined rapidly when most men realized they didn't want to chase pussy until they were 45 and childless, and also that having a modern man to fit with the modern woman would just make them as bad as most feminists. CRP or Roosh don't have enviable lives. Roosh himself quit PUA/MRA shit forever and became an Orthodox Christian once he realized how unfulfilling his life was.

MGTOWs are arguably more threatening because they deny the social framework entirely, and unfulfilled, disenfranchised men who check out have been the kernel of a lot of revolutionary movements in the past.
