I have a stupid question, framed with my stupid antipodean knowledge of elections.

Why can't your election scrutineers simply raise concerns when they see them? Why does it need to be such a costly and frankly overly litigious manner of ensuring fair is fair?

We have an independent electoral commission across all states. All parties have their people there to watch the count. Why can't someone simply put their hand up and say "hey, there is some fuckery going in here please check it out?" That's what we do. Your hodgepodge manner of conducting elections is embarrassing. This shouldn't be considered a partisan statement.

Our most recent state to have an election was in Queensland, which was held on 31st October. One seat, for example, went to a recount and results of that came back today. It was a two-vote difference. Did it change the election? No.

You folk need to standardise the way you conduct your elections. I know it's probably a pain in the arse to make it happen, but carrying on the way you do will not change this. I think as time moves forward elections will become more divisive. No one wins in that situation.

You need to be able to stand up and proudly say this election was fair. Sure your side of politics may have lost, but at least you know it was conducted in a fair manner. That's not currently happening.

Vote counts don't matter at this point. From what I gather the game is about making certification impossible. It can be achieved by demanding recount, reporting fraud etc.

The statistical improbabilities, the massive black turnout for Biden (dwarfing Obama) but only in key districts, the apparent algorithmic vote switching from Trump to Biden in swing state red districts, the weighted vote dumps from randomized postal ballots, the extraordinary number of Biden only ballots don't prove fraud, but it does prove that fraud is a probability. Trump will need more than circumstantial evidence to convince a court to order voting audits, he'll need hard evidence. Either he has that or he doesn't, we'll find out soon enough.

They can and do. Each polling place and counting center should be staffed with both Democrat and Republican scrutineers. They have legal authority to watch ballot counting to ensure it's fair, to challenge ballots and to make sure there's no funny business. There's always been issues with GOP volunteers being allowed to work in blue precincts. This year in particular they've been using Covid as an excuse to outright exclude them. GOP scrutineers being made to stand 6 feet away from the count because coof. Being made to stand in front of the counters instead of behind (to see what they're doing) because coof. Being denied entry altogether. Funnily enough this seems to have been a particular problem in swing states like Pennsylvania and when they decided to stop and re-start the counts when it looked like Trump was winning.

Biden won in Michigan because heavily Republican districts voted for Biden and the down ticket GOP but did NOT vote for Trump.

That the more Republican the precinct the more this happened.

That this happened in a straight linear fashion and was replicated in Republican districts across Michigan.

That this did NOT happen in majority Democrat precincts where Trump outperformed the GOP ticket.

Finally that this cannot be explained by 'never Trumpers' because the linear curve of Trump's vote in GOP districts can only be explained by algorithmic manipulation.

As I said, you need to have an independent oversight authority watching elections consistently across all states.

Government workers in the US lean far left, mainly because they've overrun the civil service HR and only the government is prepared to offer middle class jobs to sub 90 iQ sheboons.

The only way to ensure fair elections is for a ballot system that can be fully audited (paper and in person), voter ID and free reign for scrutineers for all interested parties, If you've got nothing to hide then that shouldn't be a problem. The Democrats oppose all of the above.

So I'm marveling at all the people right now screaming about fraud being out of the question after how many cases in the past of people saying there was something fucky with an election. The moment it becomes convenient to say "nothing is out of sorts here" that's what gets said, and both Dems and GOP have played this kind of game at times in the past. Complaints about the EC, voting machines, foreign interference, the entire Hanging Chad saga from 2000, and even further back there is historical precedent for both grievances with the election system and actual issues with it.

But it's fucking over Trump now, so everyone pretend that election fuckery does not exist, and all complaints are unfounded.

I've suspected for a LONG TIME that our system was at least very prone to flaws if not deliberate malfeasance, and I'm just surprised that it took this long for some kind of serious shit to hit a fan. The fact that we're supposed to believe it's COMPLETELY FINE the moment it's causing issues for Cheeto Hitler is breathtakingly intellectually dishonest. If you're not deeply curious as to why this election is such an ungodly clusterfuck right now, you are a broke-brained, servile little moron. This seriously is putting 2000 to fucking SHAME. Too many miracles in too many states. Too much of the deck stacked against him. And Rudy just never, ever delivers. So, my prediction from weeks ago is that still, Biden will be president.

If you look at the numbers based on history, Biden's win is almost a statistical impossibility. He broke nearly every historical record in ONE election? More black votes than Obama? Joe Biden? There was more votes cast in 2020 than ever before. It's really not hard to see that he'd break all sorts of records based on turn out alone. Trump had the second most votes ever cast for a candidate. Again, for that same reason. Biden was forecast to do even better than he actually did. It's sort of like in sports how guys who play forever have the longevity records. What "miracles" are you referring to?

There's also zero evidence of any voter fraud or Rudy would've already presented it. Seriously, this amount of cope isn't healthy.
