Legislatures sending in delegates at the last minute won’t get past the Supreme Court as it’s a post-facto thing. No state legislature is planning on doing this. Only two state senators in MI have endorsed the idea.

Trump’s only chance is to somehow get this to the Supreme Court six times with very specific declarations and every time win. That’s like getting bitten by a shark whose teeth are made of rubber ducks. It’s possible but so fucking unlikely it isn’t realistic.
