PA SC just ruled the states handling of election observers was legal.

Apparently blocking international watchdogs is within PA law now

That's a Loss right?

Considering he has /pol/tards and T_D folks sperging out over his statement that Biden's is going to prison, feeling worse is an undersentiment.

By the way, are the Farms that boring (or the Doomsday thread, more specifically) that all the bait posters, new guys, and everyone else have to show up just to get a laugh/mine cope and salt from our election sperging? Cool.

They said that about Hillary going to jail.

Wait what
The 'Stop the Steal' groups are being run by a guy who goes by the name 'Ali Alexander', real name 'Ali Abdul Razaq Akbar'. He engaged in an affair with Karl Rove while running an older group called the 'National Bloggers Club' for conservative bloggers in the Bush 43 era. He was convicted of a number of charges including fraud in 2007 after breaking into a van and stealing a debit card and making multiple withdrawls.

He may have removed the donate button from the stopthesteal.us site temporarily, but looking at archives, you can see that he was requesting donations right up until the last couple days... directly to his personal accounts.

If he lost more brutally than he actually did auditing everything shoulf be no problem...and yet the Dems really, really, do not want it.
Are you honestly, seriously suggesting that if Trump lost in every single state that he wouldn't still be bleating about 'voter fraud' and 'mail in ballots'? He'd be insane not to, it gets people like you who are not serious-minded to donate to him which will be used to pay off campaign debts.

Reminder that someone had to leak the address of his wife and kids. Another reminder that pissing off a media corporation tends to get your address revealed. Permanently. No matter where you go. Tucker is probably gonna stay until Fox can’t afford either stalking him or his show in general, which is smart.
This is assuming tucker isn't actually just another pawn who's happy to do what his network tells him for money. People have no evidence that tucker is somehow more of an "ethical journo" than the next guy, yet they adore him for reasons I'll never understand.

You deleted the document you posted showing specifically what the judges ruled on and what their logic was in order to insult someone who posted the same information as you. Sums you up pretty well.

It seems like the hearing is paused until they sort out the technical issues.
I deleted it because you posted the same thing. Why post the same thing as someone else?

Just accept it, Trump lost. There's no evidence that observers weren't allowed to observe, despite what Trump says. His lawyers won't even admit it under oath lol

Well it wouldn't be unfair to call for imprisonment if electoral fraud of this magnitude was encountered. I referenced the 1981 coup here before and I can assure you every person involved in that shit went to prison at least for a while... Except the low level grunts but to be fair it was proven with evidence that they literally had no idea what the fuck was going on till that idiot shot at the ceiling, so it's kinda fair. Also they're all out at this point but ya know, we don't have life sentences over here and it's not like they can do much anymore.

Point is. I'd hope Biden would at least be arrested... if life was fair. I don't think he will be, but he literally attempted to coup the leader of the free world, that shit should involve retirement in a cell with some nice steel bars. Or in his case an actual retirement home 'cause let's be honest, he won't be able to tell the difference.

Imagine politicians actually getting arrested in 2020

THEY ARE BACK, AND THEIR FIRST WORDS ON STREAM WERE "Ok, I got the main line and oh, eh, wait" and it went out again! Fucking hilarious! This is the best commedy!

Different case entirely

Yeah this is about the ballot weirdness not the observer weirdness. Still:

So apparently that defense worked then?!

yeat this case is just to prepare for the actual SC hearing, we all knew PA supreme court was ultra pozzed, they'll likely throw it out. But it serves to asess how good the case will be going into the SC. And my god. This is so much better than I expected. Holy fuck the dems fucked it.

Mr. Hogan, as your pro bono counsel, I would highly advise you to find a new rhetorical approach, as this one is very obviously ineffective.

The PA Supreme Court is the one that ruled that Kathy Boockvar, who is not the state legislature was able to change election rules without the approval of, and specifically against the wishes of the state legislature. The entity which is specifically named in the constitution as having the power to decide the rules.

I.e. you'd expect them to rule for the Democrats and against the Republicans in every single case regardless of the actual law. The only remedy is for it to go to the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS declined to take the case before the election because ACB recused herself and it deadlocked 4-4 on party lines. If ACB doesn't recuse herself the SCOTUS will take the case. And looking at the Republican appointee's comments on the deadlock it's pretty clear where this is going.

The fact that PA is going more banana republic than Venezuela is hilarious to you? we alway brought international observers to make it more legal, how to forget our favorite one, Jimmy Carter... oh right we cant talk about him
It's mind blowing, we have people in this country gloating that their guy got in despite the obvious banana republic fraud happening.

She'll be in for round 2 of this. She couldn't get up to speed on the case earlier iirc
Also the court has just restarted their telesession.
How convenient.

Catching up on everything.

It blows my mind that that was their defense for all of this shit. 30-40 years ago, no court would have dismissed anything after hearing something like that.

The PA Courts dismissing this isn't a surprising thing in the slightest. It's just proving the inevitable: That this is going to the SCOTUS, and it always was going to go to the SCOTUS. The biggest problem right now, though, is that the clock is definitely ticking.
