TL;DR Supposedly you technically die no matter what and you get cucked in your own body by Keanu Reeves
If you try to take the JS chip from your head, you'll die
Regardless of your relationship with Johnny Silverhand, the chip will fulfill its function automatically and will eventually have Johnny take over your body
V is running against time to get the JS chip from their head

Torture has been confirmed, but I don't know if I buy the rape thing. If it's in there, I feel like it will be one of those things were you can seduce your way out of a problem (like in Fallout NV). Though some articles have mentioned that some of the gangs are involved in sex trafficking so who knows.

I'd say this is likely true, but you won't be able to kill kids or anything like that. It will be a scripted scene for a side story or something.

Bloodlines was the first non-Valve game to use the Source engine and was developed by Troika. They had a reputation for buggy games.

The same leak says you can only see your dick or vag in character creation. No full frontal nudity in the game itself. Nudity is still with the modders.

Evelyn and Yorinobu have some sort of close relationship though the game doesn't specify, or it does and I haven't paid attention.

To be fair there was a game that had a POV rape of the player but it was halfway in a dreamscape and you were a man being raped by your ghost mother or something. F.E.A.R 2 I think it was.
If the leaks are to be believed then you are V, but Johnny Silvereaves is an AI chip in your brain that's set to take over your brain at some point. So a ticking time bomb of possession.
The retarded thing is that the supposed solution to this is to make your own AI chip of your mind that will take over your brain instead, but that's not uploading your consciousness or soul or anything it's just a copy of you that will replace you inside of you so "you" don't die.
Out of anything else said (some of it was supposedly verified in interviews or hinted at but I wasn't keeping up, other posters here mentioned it), this aspect is what I could think is legit. It's so stupid I can believe it.

What CP2077 is going to be like aside, one thing that has been made even more clear to me in recent times is how letting various freaks infest cyberpunk in general was a bad thing and gatekeeping is needed more than ever for various genres, sub-genres, and subcultures. Issues can be had with the game but I see too many bad takes go viral for shitting on cdpr for inane reasons - cyberpunk as a genre is just lost in general, with so many weirdoes having latched on to it. These people will literally link you some garbage VN on itchio written by some psycho troon as being a defining example of the genre, some barely Visual Novels written in twine.
