That is a really fucking retarded assessment if you actually believe that. Is this suppose to be a joke? My autism no longer impacts my social skills. I can take criticism just fine. And I have, for all the dumbass things I did not only that kickstarted this threads' creation but what happened to add to it recently. I got a hot take for you, there's nothing wrong with our mental healthcare system. You are kept at a facility involentarily until they decide that your behavior has improved enough that you can leave. This has happened to me 3 times, and not once was it a huge deal financially. If you're getting medical bills you can't afford, then all you have to do is apply for assistance.

You can't force someone to get help unless they are demonstrably being insane to the point of endangering themselves or others.
