Just based on statistical probabilities the results are clearly unnatural. From day one the major obstacle will be to get something done with it. Proving fraud isn't enough, the fraudulent votes have already been intermixed with the genuine ones. And legal precedent is to allow a million fraudulent votes rather than risking a single genuine vote to be thrown out.

the argument seems to be that there are constitutional devices that allow to trash the whole thing based on law violations.

strategy seems to be not to prove that "election was fraudulent, trash it" it seems to be instead that "laws were violated that lead to a fraudulent election, here are the laws that were broken and here are the results that don't match"
