Yeah. This guy probably should have been the Supreme Court pick. He’s very well respected and read in legal circles and has a lot of experience even prior to his federal judiciary appointment.

EDIT: Just looked more into what he did outside of law. Ok yeah, I’m seeing why he wasn’t proffered. Some of his stuff as a fed prosecutor was iffy and he wrote a bizzare paper advocating electric shocks as punishment for minor offenses instead of fines or imprisonment.

Is it bad that I don't vote on the candidate but I vote based on which supporters annoy me more in an election year? In 2020 I didn't vote because I couldn't stand the Trump morons or the liberal pussies. I'm just glad I'm getting a red neck right wing chimp out, its too bad there isn't a liberal one at the same time.

Yes. If all a party needs to win your support is for you to hate the other side, there's no incentive for them to do anything for you beyond not being the other side.

EDIT: He’s also pretty well studied and has a lot of experience and seems supremely qualified. I can see why they had him write the opinion. It’s pretty good in explaining the rationality of the court and how they all backed it. Good judge appointment overall.

EDIT2: His Wikipedia page is a pretty good read. Some of his other opinions are really worth a read too it seems.

It is somewhat concerning but the risk really only comes from lone actors. One schizo QAnon kook murdered a mob boss because his delusions told him to do it, and another killed a sovereign citizen who was grifting off her with a scam to try and get custody of her kids back.

QAnon exists to keep people who wanted change in their lives from the Trump administration pacified by telling them that even though Trump has absolutely done nothing for them, he's REALLY arresting Hillary and putting her in Gitmo. It's actually a deradicialization campaign to that degree, in that they don't want these people to realize that this supposedly outsider candidate Trump did nothing for people like them and develop genuinely radical political views. I suspect the last days of Q will just be the conspirators behind it slowly cooling down the energy and promoting Trump's next venture.

I'm calling it now, 2 years into the Biden administration we will still never hear the end of election fraud; then we will get a bigass investigation by the FBI into it that will ultimately go nowhere.

Well, considering we got 4 years of non-stop "Orange man bad" from literally every media source under the sun, no, whatever comes in these next 4 years won't be nearly as bad as it was during trump's administration.

Well not a party, I've voted for republicans and democrats it depends on which one annoys me more, thus who I vote against that election cycle just to piss them off.
