That's a nice and informative post regarding political strategy, just had to fix the bit at the end there, though. Also, how is this (otherwise quite good) plan of yours going to deal with blatant electoral fraud? You could in theory reform the GOP into a populist fair election winning machine, but none of that will matter if the Dems just decide to fraud, fraud and fraud some more until they win.

You make it more difficult for them to perform it. You seriously pursue election reform on every level of government in order to close off blind spots. For example, Philly allegedly hit the hay for the night because they were tired and because muh COVID, but then decided to start back up at 4 AM in the morning. Wisconsin had a ballot issue that they rectified by calling in the National Guard. Why don't we have a federal organization analogous to the National Guard in structure and operation, but for managing elections, specifically for that kind of issue-- so we don't have to pause counting and make a giant red flag in the process?

If you're worried about electoral fraud, you address obvious needs. And if you want to go further and, say, make your elections mirror the federal Electoral College due to the fact that while people vote-- not land-- the needs of people in different jurisdictions are diverse and need to be represented according to some proportion that doesn't drown out the needs of people of other lands? You front load with things that everyone either wants or can't argue against.

And you make sure to not despise small beginnings, and start from the county level upwards. The issue of fraud is exactly the reason why you keep a low profile until you've amassed enough influence, so you don't get locked out before you need to do what you need to do.

But that's the thing, PA and probably AZ today and Michigan tomorrow are all showing their hands. They aren't going to do anything, and the court cases can't make them. They can just come into session in January and say it's too late to do anything and they'll correct it for the next election.

The Supreme Court can find anything they want about the elections unlawful or unconstitutional, if the States don't want to do anything about it, the electors will still vote for who they want in two weeks. Unless massive evidence comes forward, and probably still no matter what, the Senate will sign off on it.
