Certification won't be an issue if the Trump campaign or its affiliates prevail in court, but the NV lawsuit appears to be substantiated rather poorly in the first place.

I disagree. If they lose, and that losing is accompanied by a movement that enjoins them to listen to the constituency they just lost, that fundamentally tells them that their strategy is poor. That, and it puts politicians on the street-- it very much hurts them.
