Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

Jesus Christ, I already see people talking about how the vaccine isn't 100% effective and we'll need to keep wearing masks and social distancing AFTER everyone gets the vaccine.

I fucking hate people.
Do these people actually enjoy living in perpetual fear? Our ancestors would be disappointed in us, considering they’ve survived way worse things and had less fear.

Yes they do. Unfortunately the MSM has done a terrific job in pushing the "safety is the most important thing" narrative.

Also realize that the MSM has been able to create the narrative that anyone that wants freedom or objects is an anti-science conspiracy theorist Trump supporter.

The MSM has done a terrific job at convincing my family. My mom is still under the impression that governors and mayors are “just doing the best they can” and that none of them have any ill intentions on the people they govern. I don’t think many people will get the implications of these “temporary” measures until it’s too late.

9/11 didn't shut down everyday life, aside from planes being grounded in the immediate aftermath, and mail taking longer to ship for awhile. Compared to 2020, 2001 seems like a paradise.

Also can you imagine the insane shitshow had 9/11 had happened in Current Year with "social" media and social "justice"?

9/11 was what led to the Patriot Act, the TSA becoming the irritation it still is, and also had the anthrax scares. In fact, perhaps the lattermost was a test run for what's happening now...?

9/11 was the defining moment that marked the descent into the dystopia we're in now. Look at how much more power the elites have now compared to 20 years ago, and how insane people are now.

It's as if 9/11 was a ritual to summon Clown World.

After 9/11, everything started becoming a pathetic broken parody of what things used to be.

A couple days ago I ordered some food and decided to meet the delivery guy outside of my building instead of just having him leave it at the door. The delivery guy shows up and he's not wearing a mask. I don't really care. I think all this mask shit is stupid anyway. He hands me my food and I say "Thank you." He smiles at me and says "You're welcome."

If this was before the pandemic I would have taken this interaction for granted, but because of the mask mandates I hardly see people's facial reactions anymore. I forgot how good the simple act of thanking someone and seeing their face light up felt. It made me feel like a human being again instead of a mindless drone that just works and consumes.
I´ve got way to much time on my hands right now, so I´ve been wondering, if these mouthdiapers is somehow a benefit for facial recognition software. ^^
Here, we are "allowed" to use plastic screens as face cover indoors, and we´re "allowed" to go outside without "protection".

And these fuckheads have begun regulating x-mas. Good luck with that!

They're useful for separating people. A massive chunk of communication is nonverbal, and removing can have an almost dehumanizing effect.
vvvvvvvvv

A friend of mine told me that a relative of hers died of COVID. After I gave my condolences, my friend was like "Yeah, this virus is so scary. My great aunt lived a great life though. 96 years old and survived a cancer diagnosis last year. Such a shame."

Like, I'm not an asshole. I'm sorry her relative died. But ... CLOWN. WORLD. Yes, it was only COVID that did her in. Literally the only possible cause. Okay.

In other news, my husband and I decided we're spending the week after Christmas at a theme park that we found out was still open. Got our tickets, and we're excited. We plan to tell everyone we're going, too. Seethe, you Karen cocksuckers. Seethe!

Long story short: My husband and I have had a lot of home improvement-related stuff happen throughout this year. I've seen a lot of carpenters, landscapers, etc. throughout this year. The vast majority of them appear to be very appreciative and relieved when my husband and I have said, "Oh, we don't care about masks. It's all good." We've even shared beers with some of these guys after the work's been done. All around good interactions with real people who are being affected by all of this.

Yesterday morning, we had another carpenter come over to do an estimate on a new project we want done. He was shocked that we actually invited him into our house. And when we asked if he wanted us to wear masks, he said, "Oh I don't care if you guys do. If anyone is going to pass it to someone, it's going to be me to you guys since I see people all day." He then proceeded to talk about how awful this year is and how he's so "over it" with so many people and how they're so rude these days.

Can you imagine if you are someone like a carpenter or a plumber working on a Karen's house? I'm sure these guys have definitely met their fair share this year alone. Seriously, these guys have acted downright relieved when they find out my husband and I aren't self-important psychos. lol.

For several years, I've said that people act too shocked about nice gestures these days and how it's probably because nice gestures aren't the norm anymore. Well in 2020, they are even rarer. It's so damn sad.

Just imagine. If this is all ever over, we’ll be faced with a nation of people with Chris Chan level social skills that will take years to fix.

The goal is definitely generations of Asia style bugmen, unable and unwilling to care when it comes to their fellow humans.

They recently enacted mandatory slave masks where im from ( I refuse to wear one, ever ) and the reactions are spectacular. Children are relieved to see an adult they can "read", as for adults it's about an equal 3 way split so far:

- Angry Gestapo who finally have something to bitch about to everyone, you know the types, Karens, soulless cucked officemales, vegans and endurance athletes. They're loving it
- Those you can tell wish they had the stones to take that motherfucker off
- Fully apathetic drones who just want to get their groceries and go back home to escape

What pisses me off is the "Health Care Workers" get all the credit when people be working cash 24/7 and get fuck all for respect including minimum wage.

The conditions of the experiment require both Heroes to venerate and sacrifice for, in this case healthcare workers and 1984-style foci to vent feelings of resentment, fear, despair and rage onto. In this case anyone who is not fully willing to unquestioningly sacrifice their body, mind, past, present, future and soul on the altar of "defeating the virus".

I furthermore believe "the virus" was created as a form of mass hypnosis, by hyperfocusing the conscious reality of the masses they have been successfully able to mask, package and contain all major discontent that existed previously ( and was brewing, boiling over ) in many places around the world so that it can be directed and managed.

It wouldn't be a good idea for them since if they took away our empathy, we wouldn't be in this situation because we'd say "fuck you, fuck your mom, and fuck your grandmother" and elect politicians who thought the same. Or their other big one, racism, we wouldn't give two shits about that and just say "cry harder nigger" whenever a black guy was demanding reparations (and say "cry harder cracker" when a white guy gets mugged by a black guy). And Asians are fucking crazy, just look at Mao, Pol Pot, the imperial Japanese, the modern Japanese, and every mass shooter who isn't white like Cho and Elliot Rodger. Why would anyone want to make more Asian-like people?

To prevent the formation of groups that might one day challenge those in power. The Japanese hikikomori are exemplary of what they hope to achieve. Never leaving their pod absent existential need ( food, which can also be delivered ) and at any rate when they do they largely do so without interacting with others ( have you been having nice conversations through your Mark of Humiliation? ), either working from home ( sound familiar? ) or dependent on family or the government but in either case fully dedicated to consooming to escape. No interaction, no sex, no offspring.

Also every one of those creepy asl interpreters as well.

What's the story with those types?

There is probably some kind of overlap between the brain needed for fascism and the brain needed to force yourself to run 50 miles for no reason. At any rate I've never met one that didn't reveal themselves to be a giant asshole at some point.

People keep coping by saying "I only wear it to fuck with facial recognition!" But I'm sure it's beneficial to it, it's getting a lot of practice identifying people minus half their face.
UK kiwis, did you see this?

Same thing Chinese traffic lights do. I wonder how many more places are doing the same without it being reported on...
My mindset with all of these things - the grabs for totalitarian power and setting precedents with mandatory public health orders, forcing everyone to live via their PC, etc etc - is that if it would benefit the powers that be, they will go for it. This is what the normies still falling for it don't understand, or don't want to accept, I think. They still have some hope that the government cares and that paying off "experts"/taking their words out of context never happens.
