What I do want to comment about is how adorably culty both sides of the aisle in America are. And I knooow, it's just a manifestation of human tribalism, everyone does it but like, Europe has had like, two massive inoculations against cults of the personality and while history has never deterred retards from repeating it, I think guys that you really need to experience the depth and breadth of a cult of personality to viscerally understand just how trashy it is.

I agree to a point that a citizen of one country can’t 100% understand on a deep level the frustrations of another, but in America’s case we’re notorious for not understanding our own legal system so I personally don’t mind when other people comment on it if they know what they’re talking about. Besides, we tend to give more than our two cents constantly on international politics whether we understand it or not so it cool.

Maybe I’m naive, but I feel like I’m not asking too much to have someone in power who won’t throw a countrywide tantrum because he didn’t get what he wanted. While true, the United States has the biggest military budget on the planet and the strongest armed forces, Europe was more than grateful for most of the 2nd part of the 20th century. Marshall Plan is in part what drove the American economy in the 50s and 60s, because you suddenly received unfettered access to the market that was starving and was literally beginning you to sell them shit, and sell you did.
