1. Bendis/Brevoort doubled and TRIPLED down on the rape of Scarlet Witch and used House of M to irrevocably render her radioactive as a character by having her effectively kill hundreds of thousands of mutants depowering them

2. The half-assed resurrection of Hawkeye, who Bendis raped because he was pissy at the idea of a hero who held Superman level "I don't kill... or tolerate people who DO kill", along with how Englehart didn't make Clint and Wanda get together. Along with Brevoort being fucking pissed that the early 00s Hawkeye ongoing flopped and was one of SEVERAL flops/bad decisions by Brevoort that nearly cost him his plum spot in charge of the Avengers line and led to him selling his soul to Bendis and allowing Bendis to rape the Avengers simply to keep his job.

Clint's death in Disassembled pissed a LOT of people off and Brevoort (knowing that HoM was going to piss EVERYONE off) half-assedly made Bendis bring him back, then exiled him into limbo for over a year before bringing him back after Civil War and then forcing him into the Ronin costume because Bendis was pissy he wasn't allowed to put Daredevil in the suit and was dead set on making his personal gimp suit a major figure in his Avengers run, along with allowing him to further piss on Hawkeye fans by turning him into a generic ninja guy who kills.
