Turkey's response basically what I've been saying ever since Pyro's response that he has framed the situation in a manipulative way so his drone fans will ignore the fact that he definitively sent porn to a minor and has never proved that he didn't know ivory was 15 (sorry Pyro you saying I DID NAWT I DID NAWT is not iron clade proof across screenshots). Overall good response but there’s some points I found him faltering on on my first watch.

The messages about Ivory visiting Pyro and getting a fake ID. While Tom’s not wrong that it being a public event wouldn’t exclude the possibility of sex afterwards, doubling down on “BUT YOU COULD HAVE WANTED TO FUCK IVORY” is a terrible move because we have zero proof of Pyro’s intentions and Ivory himself said he never got the impression it was a booty call. What’s actually important about those messages is they are proof Pyro was aware of Ivory’s age at some point while suspended from Twitter which contradicts his statement that he didn’t know Ivory’s age until late June / early July. As far as I have seen this was the first time anything related to age was discussed in the DMs. Ivory’s response in the DMs was “I could sneak in there or get a fake ID because I look that age.” “In there” means Pyro must've mentioned a specific place and “that age” means Pyro must've mentioned a specific age. So we can safely assume Pyro said something to the effect of “But you wouldn’t be able to go to the club with us because you’re not 18.” This begs the question how did Pyro know in May that Ivory was under 18 if he supposedly didn’t learn Ivory’s age until he was unsuspended from Twitter in June and saw Ivory’s bio in July?

The TikTok allegations. Hyper focusing on that one piece of art is playing right into Pyro’s hand as he can now respond with “I already said I didn’t commission or request that art, and I said I'm sorry for giving any support to an underage artist drawing my character that lewdly because even as a joke it wasn't okay of me.” The allegations from Sulkaeda were not about the one drawing. The allegations were that Pyro had asked multiple times for extreme fat fetish art from an artist he knew was 15. The drawing Spoopy posted to Instagram doesn’t match the “extremely obese” description Sulkaeda gave about the kinds of art Pyro was requesting, meaning if what she’s saying is true then Pyro took things way beyond rubber stamping a body pillow gag once. If what she's saying is not true it begs the question why did Pyro skip over the actual meat of these allegations entirely and misconstrued the situation as "my detractors are flipping their shit over a single drawing because I talked to the artist once?"

Keemstar posting Pyro’s pictures. The issue Pyro had with Keem sharing photos of him back in 2016 was those specific photos were taken from his personal Facebook account which he wanted to keep separate from his YouTube persona. It wasn’t just him being mad at Keem for showing his face. Setting aside any arguments about how “private” things posted to a public website can be, that’s important context to include.

Also it makes pyro look very suspicious since he deleted the conversation about the plane ticket with Ivory.

Pyro’s messages in the plane ticket and fake ID conversation were deleted because he deleted all of his messages after April 7 2017. There’s no evidence he was singling out that conversation specifically.

There is a concept in law called "Beyond a reasonable doubt", where you need to have have proof to affirm conviction in a legal case. If you can't find a chat log of that deleted user acknowledging his age, he can explain it as 'oh I didn't see the discord message of him saying he's a minor.' Which is a reasonable doubt, like it or not.

In cases of adults having sexual interactions with minors it's not just the prosecution who has to prove the adult knew they were interacting with a minor. The adult defendant must prove they had an objectively rational reason to believe they were interacting with another adult. "He didn't tell me how old he was and I didn't ask" would fail that test.

At this point I think the bigger question to ask is, giving Pyro the benefit of the doubt about knowing Ivory's age, if he had found out Ivory was 15 when they started ERPing and sharing fetish art would he have stopped?

We will never know what Pyro's intentions with Ivory were since they never met up but I think accusing him of being a groomer is fair, since he invited a kid he had previously sent sexual messages to to a party where there would be alcohol.
