I (optimistically) assume dissolving stitches.
A lot of these dick butchering in prisons sounds pretty good if it's for sex offenders tbh, but not if it's going to let them go to women's prisons. Some women's prisons have mother and infant units for pregnant inmates, imagine if they were around the babies, even without their dicks. If they're so scared of being in gen pop you'd think they'd just segregate them like they do all the other vulnerable prisoners and sex offenders. Or if there's enough of them, empty a men's prison into other prisons, then take all the trannies and put them in a prison of their own. There probably is enough of them now but i suspect the numbers will drop if they realise they'll be going there and not in with the women.

From what I've heard, the reason that there's only one surgeon in the world who does this is because there is high risk for permanent nerve damage, and because of all the skin they have to use to make it that large. And, a lot of times there's complications like phalloplasty, such necrosis, problems with the urethra when they lengthen it, and pain when the clit gets erect.

The fact that pretty much no SRS surgeon around the globe wants to learn the technique from Dr. Shahryar Cohanzad is very telling. It must be a highly complicated surgery with pretty bad outcomes if no one else even wants to attempt this in their own practice.
