Even though I'm assuming pic 2 and 3 are the BEST possible scenario, somehow its "micro burnt dick" appearance looks A MILLION times better than the pepperoni flesh sock (note: this is not a hard contest to win nor is it any indication that anyone would want that inside them).

I can’t for the life of me find it as it was on r/neovaginadisasters (RIP), but it looked like it blew up. Just a gapping bloody hole, not unlike the ass end of a whole raw turkey. The poor dude sent the picture to his butcher who told him it looked fine.

Not sure if someone said it later in the thread, but Buck used to have a serious drug problem before transitioning (to the point of being homeless and doing prostitution, if I remember correctly). Stopped when he was diagnosed. I'm not an expert but that sort of lifestyle, mostly hard drugs, permanently ages you. The hollow skin around his mouth is a giveaway in my opinion.

Because mentally ill people are very rarely at a healthy weight. They either overeat or hardly eat at all. Testosterone use only promotes muscle mass if you work out. For those that don't (which is the majority of today's autistic and BPD Aydens) T just makes them gain more weight in fat.
