She was 400+ pounds at 5'4 and had high blood pressure

Covid killed her

I posted earlier about dumb fuck lying media and this is todays best example of dumb as fuck people with delusion turned up to 11....

It is worth a read to fully understand how stupid some people are and how some people clearly are not fit to be parents. Best bit must be.....

Lauren had suffered from a condition called complex regional pain syndrome in her foot, which meant she used crutches. She also had high blood pressure - but her parents say it was nothing that meant she would have been more at risk.

....... does nobody think weight had anything to do with any of the medical problems and death?!?. The super dumb part is mentioning that the last thing she did was eat some ice cream. I mean FFS!!
This is why you should always be upfront with your medical history and/or pre-existing conditions.

Holy fuck! Are you sure her heart just didn't give out instead.

What I fear is that even after this scamdemic* ends - if it ends - people could be so accustomed to this insane "New Normal" that muzzle mandates and "social distancing" continue for a long time after, out of "cultural habit" - and "temporary emergency" laws.

Awhile back, the leftist narrative may have been that the "New Normal" is temporary, but with how crazy things are in Mega Clown World, it shouldn't be a surprise if they move the goalposts and come up with bullshit to claim we should live like shut-in germaphobes for life. Then try to memory-hole the way things were in 2019.

*(thanks for the new term @Save the Loli)
Unless a horrible war or Mt. Vesuvius/Pinatubo/Krakatoa like event happens that causes massive damage occurs.

..

Royal Mail has published a list of 28 areas suffering from limited delivery services as more of its workforce is affected by Covid-19.

The zones – comprising 27 in England and one in Northern Ireland – are no longer receiving regular post because of the high numbers of Royal Mail staff who are either off sick or self-isolating.

So; it is actually limited delivery service. LIMITED not NONE.
I can say for a fact that USPS is pretty much screwed in the states. Shipping efficiency has pretty much gotten ten times worse with simple packages taking weeks to make it half way across the country.

I say that any cop worth his/her badge should quit in protest, not in favor of these Antifa movements, mind you but protesting that they are being forced to enforce borderline orwellian rules and their superiors are showing frightening amounts of corruption and abuse of power and resources.
I imagine police officers are at the mercies of their superiors when it comes to how they handle COVID-related complaints and enforcement. In many areas, they're expected to be as heartless as possible in enforcing whatever orders and restrictions exist. In other places with based administration, enforcement is minimal if it even happens because those in charge have realized they lack the time and resources to handle actual police situations if they're investigating all the COVID complaints they receive because the alleged offender is already gone by the time they can arrive at the location the majority of the time.

Ah yes...things like this make me realize that Palpatine wasnt a monster, he was simply ahead of the curve. George Lucas was already warning us of shit like this. And like morons we didnt listen.
NGL, I liken Governor Whitmer to Palpatine because of her use of a law (which was later struck down as unconstitutional) to give herself unchecked power to order whatever she wishes for the first several months of COVID-restrictions with no interest in giving up that power. Thankfully, the Dems are in the minority in both chambers of the state legislature, so the Republican Majority Leaders can say "LOL, no," when she asks them to codify various orders into laws that can be enforced with legal consequences.

Remember when finding stuff online wasn't a bullshit rigamarole?
I remember when trying to search for something ordinary and innocuous almost always returned hits to porn sites.

More seriously, it's hard to research anything online now because people can post their uninformed opinions so easily that it's harder to separate the junk content from credible content -- especially w hen the former seems to make up the majority of the top results.

At any rate, if my blood actually does have antibodies, they'll be using those to treat other coof patients, so that's neat.
This therapy seems to have some degree of effectiveness. The spouse of someone I know got COVID around the holidays and wasn't doing well until antibody therapy led to a quick improvement and likely saved their life.

Either A) They will roll out the vaccine, and "defeat" the virus, giving all the credit to the Biden administration and make themselves out to be the heroes. And out of nowhere they will be like "Now go back to normal guys! Your life can start up again after we've bitch slapped you for over a year" or B) Its never going away and we just have to deal with it forever.
Either scenario is possibly, but option A wouldn't surprise me because I can easily see the Biden administration taking credit for the vaccines even though the groundwork occurred under Trump. I can also see COVID numbers plummeting, especially if the inflation of case numbers abruptly ceases, after Biden takes office to further the "Biden beat COVID" narrative the media has seemed eager to spin for quite some time.

I can say for a fact that USPS is pretty much screwed in the states. Shipping efficiency has pretty much gotten ten times worse with simple packages taking weeks to make it half way across the country.
In some areas, mail being sent within the same area is also taking up to two weeks to be delivered when it normally took two days. It's gotten to the point some people that never paid bills online before now do it because they have no assurances their bills will arrive in time to be paid before the due date. Even if one accepts the post office explanation that more people are ordering items online and that they're short-staffed more due to COVID, the inconsistency in mail delivery -- none to hardly any some days and a whole bunch on others -- seems to be the biggest issue that can't be dismissed entirely by COVID.

Even the people who believe The Narrative® should be noticing that if this "pandemic" was as bad as they're being conditioned to believe, then why aren't people getting the coof and even dying left and right?

Then again, "critical thinking" doesn't seem to be taught in Clown World schools - just the cult of "scientism" and "respecting authority" instead.

Despite the corruption and misery that has shaped this world's history, at least people back then never had to deal with the bland cyberpunk dystopia that is urban life in Current Year. Living as perpetual germaphobes in a hellscape of corporate buildings and Ford Transit* vans.

*(I've never seen so many of the ugly things before 2020.)
People just see the reported numbers and they can't deal with large numbers. They can't put them into context and only see "THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE DIE EACH DAY".

Casual acquaintance I see multiple times a week.
We have a quick how are you doing chat whenever we see each other.
Happy fun interactions since I first met them.

They asked me last week when I was getting my PalsyJab.
I responded with a hearty 'lol, fucking never'

Stick a fork in that relationship.

I was expecting to be greeted with that "anti-science", "denier" stuff by people when I tell them I don't want to have it and have doubts. But in actuality everyone from friends to the little old lady next door have pretty much agreed with me. I know nurses who don't want to have it so it's not just lay people. The only person who kind of disagreed was a colleague who says he and his girlfriend are having it in order to protect their parents. And he didn't really call me an "anti-vaxxer" or whatever (which would be hard to do as I've voluntarily had plenty of other vaccinations). He just sort of demurred a bit.

I did point out to him that if the vaccine worked then just their parents could have it and also that the vaccine manufacturers are stating they don't know if it will actually stop you getting and transmitting it and that it might just mean he and his girlfriend don't actually know they're spreading it because they don't have symptoms. But I didn't push it - he can make his own decisions.

But anyway, my take on this is that the consensus of the public wanting this is a great deal less real than the media is pretending.

Paul Joseph Watson might have said "Imagine my shock" now then Creepy Joe is in the house and the media will twist the narrative.

Will COVID Numbers Now Shift for Biden’s Benefit?

By Brian C. Joondeph, M.D.

How much of the past year was about the actual coronavirus rather than a political weapon to damage President Trump and remove him from office? The answer is obvious. We have had viral pandemics before, including a seasonal influenza, without mask mandates, social distancing, business closures, travel restrictions, and hysterical media coverage.
Much of the hair-on-fire reporting is over cases and deaths. As I have previously written, a positive test is not the same as a case, and a death with COVID is different than death from COVID.
What if these definitions suddenly change in the upcoming weeks, once Joe Biden is in the White House, creating the impression that getting rid of the Orange Man caused the case and fatality numbers to suddenly plummet, not because of anything Biden did, but simply because he isn’t Trump?

Rewriting history is a popular pastime for the left. Just ask George Orwell or observe current events including the social media purge and cancel culture. How might this play out with COVID?

Start with testing -- the PCR test which is overly sensitive. From that bastion of right-wing conspiracy, the New York Times,

The PCR test amplifies genetic matter from the virus in cycles; the fewer cycles required, the greater the amount of virus, or viral load, in the sample. The greater the viral load, the more likely the patient is to be contagious.
This number of amplification cycles needed to find the virus, called the cycle threshold, is never included in the results sent to doctors and coronavirus patients, although it could tell them how infectious the patients are.
In three sets of testing data that include cycle thresholds, compiled by officials in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada, up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus, a review by The Times found.
In addition, a positive PCR test is not necessarily a case of COVID. There is a “case definition,” something the corporate media is willfully ignoring. According to the CDC, a case requires, "presumptive laboratory evidence AND either clinical criteria OR epidemiologic evidence." Notice the AND, meaning not simply a positive test.

The result is that case counts are wildly inflated and are being used to drive lockdowns, business and school closures, mask mandates, and other measures that may not be necessary or even helpful.

What if the definitions conveniently change in the upcoming weeks?

As reported by Zero Hedge last week, “The FDA today joined The WHO and Dr. [Anthony] Fauci in admitting there is a notable risk of false results from the standard PCR test used to define whether an individual is a COVID case or not.”

Did Dr. Fauci just realize this? After decades working in public health and infectious diseases, test sensitivity is something he understands only too well. If he knew, did he say or do anything?

only see "THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE DIE EACH DAY"
Like I said, with some "social engineering", many could easily be bullshitted into believing the dairy industry should be shut down because of how many die from fat issues.

Stick a fork in that relationship.
As others said, all the collateral damage from this scamdemic is far more than the actual coof itself. Suicide, job loss, recession, relationships broken up, formerly freethinking people acting like brainwashed cult members...

Out of curiosity, I need to ask: Has anyone in the US heard a boomer refer to the vaccine as 'the jab' and follow it up with 'that's what the british call it'? Three who I have regular contact with have used that exact same expression with identical wording and it's kind of nauseating and terrifying to me that the media has achieved that level of programming.

A little late, you may have found it already. I still have the PDF saved on my computer. Attaching it now.
That was exactly the one I was looking for, thanks.
This is horrifying and all that, but it's kind of mind blowing to see that many people on a beach, and hear someone say there's hardly anyone there. I actually can't wrap my brain around that not being a crowded beach. I pity people who can never be outside and be completely alone now more than ever.
When I was a kid I really related to Calvin and Hobbes because of how a good third of the strips were just two characters fucking around in the woods unsupervised having conversations about kid stuff and it was exactly the experience I had with friends growing up. I was also a little shit in the same way Calvin was but that's beside the point. Beaches were the same way and it really gets to me on a weird level that kids growing up these days have very little if any chance to have this sort of experience even if they want to between urban expansion and rising population density. Even if I still lived where I grew up, the area that was once woods is now little boxes, all the same. Nostalgia hits you hard sometimes.

4k people died in America yesterday.
4K people who at some point in the past days/weeks/months reported a positive PCR test died yesterday.

FIFY

We have absolutely no idea what these people died off. Some for sure died of Covid, but the majority did not.

Think of it another way. Imagine if we were doing mass PCR tests for the seasonal flu. Imagine if every single person who came back with a positive result, and who went on to die at some point, was reported as a flu death.
Now imagine what the mortality rate would be.

That's what we're dealing with here.

Unless I see "death by atypical pneumonia with confirmed Covid-19" on these death certificates I call bullshit on all of it.
