This is actually a common misconception, that keto has to be mostly fat. What's more important than fat is your ratios of fat and protein, while keeping your carbs under (generally) 50 grams a day. (Although you see 20 grams suggested more often, I don't think that's realistic for most people.)
Keto can absolutely work, but it has to be done correctly, and when done correctly, it's a lot of work. There's loads of math involved, shopping lists should be pre-planned, and food scales need to be used with every meal. I mean, you still have to be in a caloric deficit, but upping your fat + protein intake helps with going longer between meals, and needing less food to feel full.
As if Jen would bother with even a second of all that, though.
ALSO. HEY. Why does she chew so fucking weird? It's like watching a cow chew its cud. Does she only utilize her bottom jaw to chomp up and down? Is she trying to have the food avoid certain parts of her mouth because of tooth decay? What is it?? Watching her and Gene eat at the same time is strange; she's doing something unusual and I can't articulate why it's annoying.
