It is the fact that the writer (Quinton) comes off as extremely desperate to hang with Lindsay as he asks her out mutiple times without her responding once (from what is shown). Then he cowardly backs off the next day everytime he asks her to hangout, only for him to try again later. From what is shown, it makes the writer (Quinton) look like an obsessive associate trying to be friends with someone who isn't interested AT BEST.

I think important thing here is that she's the part of the clique Q jerked off to in 2018. She's one of the "breadtubers" Q was hoping to become when he threw away what little online presence and credibility he had with his sperging over Trump, "anti transphobe" and unforgettable Hontra simping video. Sure some tards on r/BreadTube called him a breadtuber recently but by now breadtube is a joke even among lefties and all the ones Q aspired to (Philosophy Tube, Sarah Z, Ellis, Hontra, Hbomb, Shaun) called it cringe by now

So my theory is that, judging from him sliding into their DMs and trying to get their attention despite clearly getting none and the fact that he apparently was part of some facebook group with those lefty "celebs" and thinks hbomb "likes" him (which I doubt hbomb knows he likes Q), Q really considered himself a part of THE breadtube. Possibly some of those Ellis adjacent people said smth like "nice vid" in passing at one point and that he was once in their vicinity at vidcon which Q interpreted as them being buddies (see MovieRoberto thinking that his picture with Ellis meant they were friends), while they likely thought Q is just another autistic fat feminist 90% their audience consist of

Basically he simped not for the chick but for nostalgia her clout. I find it more believable that he saw Ellis and Sarah Z as a way to get into lefty e-celeb clique and from there on get a chance to suck his "Dark Queen's" dick (but he should hurry, bc it seems like Hontra's dick will get cut into stripes and inverted any day now)

That makes perfect sense, especially considering his soy-facing at all the numbers his Youtube channel was getting

The first message is fine, asking a complete stranger you only know through youtube to hang out irl is kinda creepy but not the end of the world. The real issue began when Moviebob 2.0 decided he had to try and savage the "friendship" he thought they had and kept obsessively messaging her for the next seven months without response, even months after he admittedly realized she didn't want to talk to him.

It's another situation that could've been easily avoided if Quinton wasn't autistic and completely socially inept, just like the Mumkey thing. Just like most cows on this site, Quinton is always going to be his own biggest troll.
