OK so here's a possible nothing burger but I thought it be remiss not to mention it.
So when I see unfinished block wall I think school or government building. Not always but that a pretty typical sight in school hallways the world over. Anywhoo apparently every state in Australia has a color and they will sometimes be used as school colors( I don't know if this is only for private schools so one of you bloody larrigans will have to give me more info). So as you can see rand and wife are standing in front of a block wall painted red and what state has red as a color? Why South Austrailia of course.

The video starts off pointing at the church and an unknown highrise building. Through a little detective work I made the church as Frances Xavier Catholic Cathedral the building across the street is labeled "Infrastructure SA" a government office building.

Next we have a quick street shot of the area and a shot of a restaurant sign that says "Udaberri Pintxos y Vino" I know 'Y Vino' is and wine but that's about it. Here's a map of the area.

Finally the money shot we see the Groom and Bride standing in front of a red block wall above them is a window with a giant white exclamation mark on it.

Now my initial impression was that this was some night out for rand and wife because what kind of fat slob shows up to a wedding in a waistcoat that clearly can't be buttoned anymore? But then I say to myself no golem that's exactly how rand would show up to a wedding after barely being rolled out of bed drunk that morn.

So we have rand and his wife in the location of a popular wedding area due to numerous historic churches and proximity to the restaurant/bar district. They are both in what I assume passes for fancy clothes with them and they are doing an incredibly cliche wedding move in holding a fake frame around their heads the kind that wedding photogs haul around everywhere.

Another possible link though I am not sure at all if this is the same wedding is that you will notice that the brides family is Lebanese or possibly greek both of which there are decent populations of in Australia or so I am led to believe by my travel programs. I would say that rand's wife is actually Lebanese and if brought up to him this would probably anger him more than calling her a jew. The only loose end is I have not located the red building though I assume it is somewhere in the area and I'll probably make it soon.

Is this extremely flimsy? Yes. However the combination of the wall color, rand's apparel, the frame and the fact that this wedding was across from a government building were just too many coincidences to ignore. Also if the rand as a government worker story is true I believe there aren't too many government buildings outside Adelaide anyways. Of course the last bit hinges on him living in SA at all but at very least if we can poke holes in this we can rule it out and move on.

Why would he? A basic bitch fed job pays at least $50k a year with lots of holidays, good work, low expectations, and generous superannuation. This makes no sense.

It's almost impossible to get fired *almost*. Did he go off at those Js during work and got himself into trouble? Or maybe he is that fucking stupid, abo genes do weird thenes.

I know it sounds insane but remember that this guy got an ammo box dropped on his head and now thinks that Josh is a fed and Ralph is a white advocate. He's not in his right mind.

Yeah, nah. Don't think he quit he's just fucking around being a retard.

I remember at one stage he was really fucking drunk, crying about kids so I assumed he was in DSS or something. It wouldn't shock me if he was hired into something like that because aboriginals are encouraged to apply for government jobs and that's an abo forehead if I've ever seen one.

This is so wrong

Schools pick their colours willy nilly. There are Houses within school for things like sports and academics (but mostly sports). Its just to create competition within the school. They have a colour and a name which is usually associated with something linked to the school.

If youre talking about the colours of the school, thats a decision made by some higher up on what paints the cheapest. State pride only comes out during State of Origin (both rugby and AFL). State colours exist, but besides our national colours, QLD, NSW and VIC, no one knows them. They definitely don't know the animal flower or birds of each state unless they took a trip to the High Court (where it all hangs on a flag in the court)

On the AQ (ammo question) I saw some other kiwis speculating that he got disability payment from it. Wouldn't he get found out pretty quick if he was working for the government whilst also claiming disability?

Assuming it works the same in Australia as the US, there is nothing wrong with getting disability from a military injury and still working.
