You're right, I couldn't bring myself to listen after awhile, so just turned down the volume and read the chat. Lady A. doesn't do angry in a sexy way, does she? She's got a nice routine for doing graceful decorum but when that drops she turns into the worst example of the Jersey-Shore stereotype.
And yet despite this revelation still they all simped.
It was so embarrassing. Those guys just need to keep hold of their donations, head to the nearest red right, and find some shrill-harpy that will actually deliver a bang-for-their-buck.

If you ever want some night terrors from pure, autistic degeneracy, may I suggest checking out the dox index of Weeb Wars. Sure, CG is it's own different beast of autism, but when it comes to a high score of overall degeneracy, some of these guys put Preston to shame. Though you're probably right about having the best smut. Martina, despite the shit going on, is indeed physically attractive. That stream was something else, @NasserRabadi13 and @TheCosmicWarrior I'm ashamed of the both of you. It took @TESTEFY-HD, Soy Rage, Well Read User and @VIkkiVerse to ask hard questions as the pair of you just listened and believed while nodding like a pair of bobbleheads.

The stream opens up with Nasser and Martina Markota before they are both joined by Soy Rage at just over the four minute mark, the opening mostly involved light-heartened jokes from Soy at Nasser's expense. During the opening we get Soy Rage both tormenting Nasser and low key trolling Martina as he brings up various topics, such as Martina's husband making money on Blackberry stocks thanks to the recent Game Stonk phenomena gripping the US markets. ASYL artist Vic King joins the panel at close to the nine minute mark but doesn't really have much to stay and largely remains silent. It isn't until the twelve minute mark that the topic of todays stream Lady Alchemy and the drama surrounding is finally broached by Nasser, asking Martina the origins of the idea. What follows is a glorious trashfire which stems from the tag team duo of Testefy and VikkiVerse
Instead of writing a long and tedious write up, instead I thought I'd focus on certain things Martina claims and lets slip, while offering counter evidence below.
16:20 Martina states that the person who had the idea for Lady Alchemy, her artist Maz, is far-right and wanted "Lady Alchemy fighting Moloch in Israel and wanted Nazi's in the book" which according to her own evidence was a suggestion from the writer Christopher Speidel/CS and not Maz.
The exact quote is "Book 5 is Germany, we get to play around with Nazis... And Book 10 is Israel where she has her final battle with the Ancient Owl God Moloch, the god of child sacrifice." While on the surface this might raise a few eyebrows, there is nothing inherently wrong with either suggestion. Numerous super heroes like Captain America "played around" with Nazi's in comic books, there's nothing to suggest the book would become an ode to Mein Kampf.
21:50 Nasser reads a question from The Trash Compactor Show asking about the details surrounding any contracts with the individuals Martina was previously involved with.
Martina maintains that this person (Maz) "refused to sign a contract" and states that a contract is irrelevant since she ceased using his artwork, which is false according to the archives of the previous campaign pages.

Martina does argue however she meets three standards for "implied license" since she did commission the artwork. Martina and Vic King take the time to dunk on Maz for "tracing photos for the artwork" completely oblivious to the fact that it was Martina sending him photos deliberately to trace in the first place. It is ironic she had no problem with tracing being used in her book when she was on good terms with Maz, but now it's a problem since their business relationship fell apart.

I'm almost certain that is against Indiegogo's terms of service, sucks to be one of the 51 people who paid probably $47 (inc shipping) for 22 fucking tarot cards. I don't know anything about Wiccan queer shit, but can you even tell someone's future with 22 cards? I checked and most decks have 78 cards in them.
So just to recap.
*Martina attempts to paint her former partners/employee's as anti-Semites and neo-nazis to cancel them, while her own husband is banned from entering the United States for his ties to right-wing extremists.
*She lies about not continuing to use her former artists artwork when she clearly was still selling his t-shirts and poster designs (probably the tarot deck too).
*She hypocritically now has a problem with him tracing photographs once their relationship had ended, but was sending him photographs to presumably trace while he still worked for her.
*She denies Maz or Christopher were ever mentioned on the campaign page, despite that they were by initial and listed as co-creators. She also denies that Maz had any access to the Indiegogo profile, so she herself would've had to list them.
*She claims to not even know who Christopher Speidel is, despite exchanging back and forth emails with him for over a year about the script and hitting him up to join their skype group calls.
*She claims Maz never did any interviews for promoting Lady Alchemy, but were both interviewed on Bounding Into Comics during September 2018. She then further tries to claim that MG isn't Maz, despite MG and Maz are both her former artist, share the same initials and his full name is listed in the lawsuit.
*She admits, despite making close to 50k, she currently doesn't have enough money to ship and fulfil the book and that the campaign was at a loss. She also charged twice the amount of money on domestic shipping $3.15/$7 but messed up international shipping.
*She claims she hated Maz's artwork, when there are multiple messages of her being pleased with it and annoyed he wasn't faster with production.
*She claims she spent "tens of thousands on merch" and can only produce invoices for $2000 worth of posters and $600 worth of sticker decals.
*She lies when she says the emails between her, Maz and Chris were AFTER the Dick Show appearance by the two of them when they were four months earlier.
*And now she is changing perks AFTER the campaign has ended and the money has presumably all been spent.

This has to be the greatest clusterfuck since Cridious and Detective Dead, arguably even worse since it involves a greater amount of money, potential lawsuit and yet another GFM campaign. Martina's performance was a fucking trainwreck but the icing on the cake was honestly Nasser and Jon's reaction to it all.
@TheCosmicWarrior, Jon you were accused of the exact same things that this Maz guy is without any evidence by Warcampaign remember? Here you have a fellow hermano being tarred and feathered by the Queen of Warcampaign and you sit there with your finger up your asshole and remain as silent as the grave.
@NasserRabadi13, you had your campaign Brutus stolen out from under you and to this day have not received any form of compensation. While this Maz individual did receive $4450, you both were shut out of campaigns you were involved with and instead you compare this Maz guy to Donal instead of Martina?

Honestly I didn't know much about the situation, I just heard a little bit about it from part of @TheCosmicWarrior 's stream with her. All I understood (and I think I said this on the stream) was that her artist was trying to sue her for the campaign when he supposedly didn't do the work, and the work he did do was altering "Lady Alchemy" to be about himself and not actually Lady Alchemy.
I wanted to learn a little more about it, and thought this stream would be good for views (and it was my most viewed stream in a while).
Honestly I didn't ask any "hard questions" because I wasn't sure what to ask, and when people in the chat say "SHE LIED WE NEED MORE PROOF" and when I ask "Okay, what should we ask?" they just said "MORE PROOF SHE LIED SHE LIED" I had no idea what more to ask her.
Soy Rage did ask some good questions, and honestly, in one of my recent bag and board streams, I was discussing this stuff with the chat, and I did come to a bit of an understanding how fishy some of the things said were, after thinking about the stream for a bit. Particularly:
She said on the stream she'd "waitress" if she had to. Why isn't she waitressing now then? How is she making money at this moment, and is she setting any of that aside at the moment for this book? Honestly that was something I didn't think of until later. If you need the money and plan to "waitress" in the future, why not waitress now? And waitresses don't make much in the first place...

ANYWAYS I'd be more than willing to do a second stream with her asking some of these questions and/or questions provided by other kiwis, but I'm not sure how likely Martina is to return to my channel.
