Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

He'd have a normal conversation with you and then go to fill his glass with juice and pour it next to the glass instead and all over the table. Or have a regular conversation with family and know who everyone is and yet when my girlfriend showed him a photo of me I'd texted her, he'd insist it was a photo of him instead. Or even during holidays during dinner with my mother and me and my girlfriend, he'd address me and my mother normally and yet my girlfriend, who I've been with for 16 years (and is Asian), he wouldn't be able to remember her name at all so he'd just call her Suzy Wong while talking to my mother and me as if nothing's wrong.

That's how my father was when the Alzheimer's finally did him in. He wasn't a jumbling, confused mess. He was OK half the time and then not OK the other half. That's why I tell people that Biden is probably a lot sicker than they realize. For example, Biden can throw a quick-witted nasty comment out in response to a reporter's question and yet not be able to figure out how to put a pen in his damn coat pocket. That kind of shit is exactly how my father was.

The thing is, the dems are probably stressed because they have to keep Biden alive at least 2 years. If I remember correctly if he dies before the halfway mark of his administration, then it counts as Kamala's first term. If he dies after the midway mark, then it's seen as Kamala finishing off Biden's first term and so she can run twice - for a total of 10 years - which is a Dem's wet dream.

Exactly. My father died of Alzheimer's as well and I have a very similar experience to what you're describing here, and both my brother and I see very much the same behaviour and warning signs in Biden. The man is most definitely not alright and it's very frightening that people are pretending he is. It's one thing for the public who may not have experience with Alzheimer's to not pick up on it, and it's also one thing for the DNC to want to have a puppet they can seemingly control, but I'm honestly dumbstruck his family is okay with doing this to him.

It makes perfect sense when you realize his entire family (except maybe Beau, don't know enough to say and he's passed away now) is full of grifters. The TDS crowd bitched and moaned about Trump's kids working within the administration, but don't expect them to raise any objections to the piles of evidence of the Biden family's shady dealings. As was pointed out earlier, let's not forget that Biden was senator from Delaware, the state with more corporations than people. These sociopaths want to keep Slow Joe in power as long as possible so they can profit off of their connections to him, and they don't give a damn that it's likely accelerating whatever damage the Alzheimer's/dementia/brain problems have already done to him. Get in, make bank, get out, that's their M.O.

And of course the media is acting like faithful little lapdogs as they fail to do their due diligence and inform the public that Joe is very clearly not alright in the head. Not only do they not want to do anything to harm the Dems' current stranglehold on power, they also don't want to have to admit they fucked up something fierce when people were pointing out the obvious warning signs during the "campaign." Even through all the smoke and mirrors, it's clear that Joe's got problems to anyone that isn't blinded by partisan politics, and it's only going to become more so if his condition deteriorates.

Here's something to ponder. Suppose they have to 25th Joe because they can't cover up the Alzheimer's anymore, and suppose it happens soon (too soon for Kopmala to get her ten-year-reich, hopefully). We all know Alzheimer's isn't something that just creeps up overnight, it's a condition that takes years to develop, and the symptoms begin to show long before it reaches a debilitating state. People will naturally be curious as to when it was known that Joe had this problem, but logic would dictate that it would at least have to have been known during the campaign, if not before. How would people react when they realize they elected (or "elected," as the case may be) an actual mental patient to the presidency? I know the TDS-addled will still claim that Drumpfler was totally a psycho so blah blah orange man worse, but how would those being chronicled on that BidenLs Twitter account react?

My one liberal friend even felt like something was wrong with Biden (back when it was just Biden and Bernie) he said he would still vote for Biden just because Orange Man Bad.
It was funny through he could never name anything that Orange man did that was inreedamable other than he was friendly towards Russia and North Korea even through you can argue that Obama was friendly towards China and Iran two countries that aren't really saints every.
